Macy's at Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro Massachusetts. Anchor store, bathrooms available, great sales, and in the mall there's another Macy's for men's and kitchen housewares.

Thank you to the entire team that helped me through my return. When a few staff members refused to help me, I was discouraged and about to return to my vehicle with no progress when Jean flagged me over. Jean, Michelle and Rose were absolutely wonderful to work with and fantastic members of the Macy’s team in North Attleborough. A simple change in direction and they processed my return given I had everything I needed. Thank you for being the rockstars behind customer service for the company. You ladies truly made my day for going above and beyond. I will return because your hospitality, patience and willingness to do the right thing.

Macy's is an American brand based shopping chain known for its latest fashion products, including all brands of women and men clothing, shoes, jewellery, bags 🛍,cosmetics, watches,perfumes, and much more. The best thing is their backstage area, where you can find everything at discounted prices 😍 🙌. It's my favourite place for shopping in 🇺🇸 🌎.

I went to the mall initially for JCPenny for business professional clothing and had questions and wanted measurements done...wasted an hour trying on shirts with no success and was very confused about the measurements, fit and size....they gave me very wrong measurements. That is when I went to the Macy's men's store and talked to Al.

Al measured me and it was perfect, I tried loose shirts on the rack to confirm and I left knowing the shirts I bought will fit. Thank you Al! You were great!

They just re-did the third floor to be like a tjmax, great sales, nice look . Good job Macy's

Macy's one of the departments I stop by when I visit emerald Square mall. This store is great, I've bought a few items here before. Never disappointed. 👍

I went to this store for shopping in beauty section and found Adriana and Kimberly working there. Since I had to purchase lots of beauty items for my family to bring back home. I ask these two girls to help me out for purchase. These two girls were so nice, courteous, and helpful that I end up buying a huge amount of merchandise because of their help. They help me to choose unique colors and quality products. I was so happy that I went back to the same two girls and bought more stuff just because of their expertise and polite attitude.

Great place to shop for name brand items. The staff are always pleasant and happy to help. A large selection of fragrances & a good size restroom.

Hardly any decent men's clothing stores left. You can always find something here at Macy's. I try to take advantage of the sales they have and look for a bargain. I like the men's fragrances they carry too.

I went there today to look for a wedding guest dress and I found 2 so I bought both. You never know when you'll need an extra dress for an event. Best place to go to find dresses!!

The people at the downstairs service desk are excellent. It is super convenient to order online and pick up at this store. I can try anything on in a fitting room specially for online order customers - it’s right next to the registers.

Going to Macy's in the Emerald Square Mall was a very pleasant surprise. I had purchased boots online from Macy's. The fit was tight & instead of paying to return them by mail I went to the store. It's been over 20 years since I physically stepped into the mall. What a great experience. The parking was close & convenient. The store itself was bright, open & attractive. The shoe department was easy to find. As soon as I approached the cash register, a very nice salesperson was on her way to greet me. The return went quickly & smoothly. I had only been in the store for 10 minutes. For the next 45 minutes my husband & I leisurely strolled back to the entrance. We purposely wound our way through several departments attracted by the beautiful displays. I actually had a hard time getting my husband out of the watch & jewelry area. Now that was stunning because my husband hates to go into retail stores. So pleased with my experience.

Jody in the North Attleboro store very helpful .Several times she gladly helped me navigate depts in the store. It was like having a friend in your store.

Macy's was wonderful. My dad wanted to go shopping to get me a necklace because I'm his caregiver and take care of him and he hasn't been able to go Christmas shopping for me for a couple of years now.. the staff was kind and courteous. Helpful although watch which price range they steer you towards. I had to steer my dad back down to a reasonable price instead of a very expensive necklace they tried to get him to buy. However we did save over $900! So their sales right now are awesome!

The lady who was working in the women's shoe department right before they closed 9/14/21 was an absolute angel. She was super helpful and nice, and I'm so glad I went to her register. I wish I got her name, but she was just fantastic! 😊
