I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I genuinely mean it when I say this was the best customer service i have ever experienced. I spent weeks trying to get a paint match and they went above and beyond. Wish I would’ve started here in the first place, but now I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much truly. I don’t have enough positive things to say. You’re the best!!!!

I’ve been a contractor/ real estate investor for 35 years. I’ve had the good fortune of hiring Cranston Paint for the last 4 years, for painting apartments when they turnover. Bill listens to what you want done, and just as importantly, what you don’t want done (when you’re on a budget). They’ve always made things “seamless” whether it’s using lockboxes for access or meeting with residents to measure for estimates. He and his crews have always been accommodating, punctual, neat, precise and within budget. Very highly recommended!

I own a cold-pressed juice manufacturing company. We were in a serious jam with our commercial kitchen floor after moving and having issues with our floor before it was inspected. I contacted Cranston Paint whom I was referred to by someone who highly recommended them. I happened to talk to Bill. He was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process of grinding and epoxying a concrete floor. I spoke with both Sherman Williams and Behr directly, none of which gave me the confidence and service that Bill had. It sounds crazy but he truly saved us that weekend. I cannot thank him enough. Service was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!
