I have been happy with my father's care here for a serious condition. After a lengthy serious surgery, the nurses in ICU, doctors, surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists, and more have been very compassionate and caring with my father's care. Service staff have also been friendly and compassionate.

Doctors have been straight forward regarding my father's changing conditions and have kept the family apprised of the conditions. It's been a very long time since I have had to deal with hospital stays, and this has been very good. There are teams of doctors that have provided care and check on my father throughout the day.

There is a chapel with occasional Mass. I have not used the cafeteria but it looked clean and well stocked.

Dr. Emily Donner and staff were great! Turns out I had a nasty virus but it seemed worse when I arrived. I was treated kindly and discharged with useful information. Thank you St. Luke’s.

I can not say enough good things about this hospital. They treated my mom with the most care and compassion I've ever seen at a hospital. Thank you to all of the staff that helped make her comfortable and as happy as possible at the end.

All of the nurses, doctors, and other staff have been extremely caring, knowledgeable, and helpful while we've been in St Joe's labor and delivery triage and birthing suites. It's comforting to know that your loved one is in such good hands. Very grateful for everyone here at the hospital.

Had the absolute best experience at this hospital! The labor and delivery nurses as well as our doctor were incredible, going above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable and confident as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to deliver our first baby!

my husband was hospitalized for 12 days at St Joseph surgery 7th floor. All the doctors, nurses, CNAs, everyone we encountered was friendly, caring, helpful and genuinely good people.
He had many health struggles, but the compassion we felt from everyone made the journey easier. Even the transport people and valet people were amazing.
He had a very nice room with a beautiful view of the city. Hopefully we will never need another hospital stay, but if we do St Joseph is #1.

Thank you to all the hospital staff (too numerous to mention by name) all your kind gestures were a blessing to us.

I have been to this emergency room twice for two different reasons and I was helped so quickly and efficiently from the check in process, triage, IVC placement, exam, diagnostics, etc.
This is one of the best places that I have EVER been, they check in on you routinely and are very kind!
Shout out to my Doctor Micha Haroutunian, MD and her team who listened to me last night, got me taken care of in a timely manner, and was so very kind and helpful. Thank you to you and your team!

My labor and delivery at St Joseph was unparalleled. The staff were all so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They got my baby here safely and quickly. The recovery care was exceptional, the day and night nurses were both amazing and kept a close eye on anything my baby and I might need. There were comfortable accommodations for my husband and the hospital food was pretty decent as well. I felt very safe there and trusted the medical professionals involved in my care. My labor nurse, Anna Cat, and night nurse Lindsey were especially amazing and I appreciate them so much. I would recommend St Joe's to any mom! Especially for my first go at this, having kind and knowledgeable people on my care team made a world of difference.

My children were born here, and my wife and children are taken full care of. A big thank you to all the nurses and doctors who served us. Nurses Heather and Mandy and Jessica, (forgive me for not remembering the other nurses' names) were very friendly and responsible, and took care of everything without our reminding, which was a great relief for us, especially as we became first-time parents. Thank you very much.

I started going to St Joseph due to breast cancer diagnosis. The care I have received from when I walked in the front doors 18 months ago has been nothing but amazing. All staff are truly caring and focus on you. I have recommended St Joseph to everyone I know who is getting a mammogram.

This is for the maternity group. I really don't even know where to begin. Heather Baker was our favorite nurse ever! This nurse showed so much love and compassion not only for myself but for my new baby boy Demetrius. She was very patient, caring, supportive, useful, friendly, and very helpful. 1st thing I noticed was how comfortable my newborn was with her. I had my spouse with me the whole time and Heather still offered to help change, swaddle and feed our son. We had to stay 3 nights due to our baby getting jondus. My spouse and I were very worried and scared for our son. Heather eased everything in everyway. She was there when we started the blue light treatment on our son. She not only explained everything to us as far as wrapping him up the right way but she did it herself. She prepared our son in a comfortable proper way, safe enough for us to feel comfortable as well. When shift changed it was rough... getting another nurse wasn't an issue they were all great but they prepared our son different and didn't strap/ swaddle him the way Heather did under the blue light. Next shift switched and we were so blessed to get Heather again, we felt super content knowing it was Heather. That day we ended up going home & Heather was the one who got to release us. She explained everything to me clearly as far as my meds I was taking home. She explained everything well when it came to how to care for my C-section, my son's circumsion. She wrote notes down for me and set me home with a lot of educational hand outs. She even helped wheel me down in a wheelchair to our car outside. This nurse just went above & beyond to the standards. I personally think this is how every nurse needs to be. She definitely can teach & show other nurses how to be as far as being patient, caring, supportive, useful, friendly, and very helpful. We definitely love her & will miss her tons.

Delivered my daughter here via unplanned cesarean. I can’t say enough about the nursing staff and will definitely plan to deliver our second here. My husband and I were both treated so amazing from start to finish!

I had my regular mammogram appointment last week and additional scanning today. Good news, all clear. I want to shout out to all the staff and in particular, Candace, my scan technician. Candace was SO kind, respectful, helped me to feel comfortable during the entire process; I felt so cared for and valued. Thanks Candace!

It's about time I wrote a thank you for the wonderful care I got a few years ago. I came in with a life-threatening illness, and everyone was awesome. More so, considering it was the height of Covid. Even the food was amazing. 🤯💐❤

I had a planned surgery yesterday at St. Joe’s. The whole team was phenomenal! From Toyika who did my pre op call and took me out after surgery, Sarah in pre op, Stephanie the OR nurse and Eric and Kate in PACU. Thank you for your amazing care! Everybody was extremely attentive, detail oriented and kind through the whole process. I was nervous because I had never had surgery before but never once was I nervous about the care I was receiving. I was worried about recovering from anesthesia because I have never been intubated but I recovered well and quickly! Thank you anesthesiologist Dr. Robinson! I felt I was in good hands from beginning to end. My husband and myself were given good and detailed education before leaving. I felt comfortable and confident in my abilities to manage my pain and care at home. Thank you Dr. Media for taking good care of me. I know there were many others that were involved in the wonderful care I received so if I missed your name, I truly apologize. Thank you to everybody that helped in OR 8 on 11/15 for the 0930 case!

I feel they really care about you and your wellbeing. For some women it is not easy to have certain procedures done, but here they put you at ease and ensure you will be taken care of. Nice to know there is a Hospital/Clinic you can go to for your health.
