Cosmopolitan Restaurant

We had a fabulous, early dinner last Friday before the TAB event. Absolutely loved the the plant-based Thai dish. I want that recipe!!!

Overall a great first experience at Cosmo. They have a bar and fine dining area, but neither were stuffy. Great service and the food was excellent. I had the surf and turf and my dad had the halibut.

Excellent dining experience. The Blueberry Pie was the best dessert I've had in years. Great time all around!

Excellent and friendly service from this very busy restaurant and staff. Miriam, at the bar, was top notch.

This place is popular and you should make a reservation but if not, their outdoor desk is standby as is there small bar inside.

The bread is amazing. The Tuna smoked in the plate was very unique and delicious ! The chopped salad was also incredible.

Savannah took great care of us. Food was spectacular. Really enjoyed the pork chop, lobster corn dogs, and the calamari &shrimp. I'd highly recommend reservations, though.

Our best dinner at telluride so far. Service was excellent. We loved the eclectic menu. Even the bread was exceptional. Tried the calamari and volcano roll as appetizers. Then the duck, surf and turf, filet, and salmon. All were excellent, and the picky eaters cleaned their plates.

This was amazing. All the food was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. Service was very informative with the menu, attentive with drink refills and removing plates from the table. Everything was flawless. Highly recommend.

We tried a lot of the cuisine in Telluride and hands down this was the winner. The service could have been better, but the food was 100%. Recommend the lamb and the chicken.

I’ve wanted to eat here for a long time it always looked so cozy from the street. It did not disappoint, the atmosphere is just right, very nice but cozy too and of course great views of the mountain side. The food is truly delicious. I’m from Houston and it’s hard to find food that is better and this place is definitely at that level. Fresh tasting, fried items are lightly breaded and crisped to perfection. The hot chocolate is a fun treat. Worth the money for a special dinner. Great service too!

What a great way to end a day of skiing. Happy hour is from 3-4 with $7.00 cosmos, and they made them with cointreau! My favorite way!! The food was also wonderful.

Dined here for a birthday a loooong time ago so this is an old review.
That being said, I'd always avoided this place because of pricing but it was a really lovely experience! I was absolutely blown away by how good the food was. One of those meals that makes the whole table moan. The wine service was good, too. When we had too many questions for the waitress, they had a Som on staff who recommended a dry reisling, which we'd never even heard of before and were skeptical, and wow it was good! Perfect pairing. I'd check this place out for a date or a special occasion. Or if you can afford it then I'm sure you'll love making this a regular dining choice.

Amazing beef tenderloin filets that were perfectly cooked to medium rare with delicious accompaniments. The Cabernet was wonderful! We didn’t have reservations so had dinner in the bar. During busy season or festivals, I would recommend reservations.

Been here 4 times over the years and it is consistently the BEST restaurant I have EVER been to. Excellent service, creative chef, beautiful food presentation, chic, warm atmosphere. Unexpected combinations of flavors make for a unique experience.

Solid happy hour from 4-5pm in bar area only with $8 wines and $12 sushi rolls. We had a really pleasant bar tender as well.
