Amazing experience! Dr Kent was very knowledgeable, spent time and made sure she understood my needs. Did my filler and Botox, have an allergy to topical numbing agents and was basically pain free. She used a cannula to inject my filler. No bruising, none! I love my results. Will be a client for life.

They are always friendly and provide top notch service. They have never recommended a treatment unless it would be beneficial for me. Anytime I call to get a quick B12 shot, Craig does his very best to squeeze me in. Both my mother and I have various treatments by either Dr. Kent, Mai or Taylor. Everything has turned out great and even better than expected. My mom won't get services anywhere else, and even flies in from Texas to be sure she is treated at this med spa. This place offers the most tranquil environment, great service and awesome staff. Mai does great treatments. I love the microdermabrasion treatment and the facial is fabulous and relaxing as well. I have been going to Mai for over a year now and could not be happier. I was looking for a non-chemical treatment and this is perfect and she is delightful. Highly recommend you give it a try!

So, here is the thing, my wife called me Dr. Sasquatch! Time to get de-pelted. I called Tranquil Waters and had an appointment with Craig. Having never had hair removal (except unceremoniously with a disposable Bic razor when I had surgery - ouch and itch) I was kind of apprehensive and ... not nervous, but not sure I was doing the right thing. Craig put me totally at ease. He explained what he was going to do, and was very professional as he tasered...oops...lasered my back. He drew a grid on my back, applied a gel and then used the laser in a sweeping motion to go over each quadrant. The sensation of when the laser burned the follicle was interesting. Low on a pain scale, maybe a 3/10 at it’s worst, but really a 1/10 for 90% of the time, it was more of a prickle. He applied a moisturizing cream afterwards and as I sit here writing this about 12 hours later I feel zero discomfort.

The med spa was a nice place. Not being a spa guy I did not know what to expect. Honestly, when I first walked in I kind of felt like I do when I follow Deb into a lingerie shop - a bit uncomfortable, but Craig and Dr. Kent made me feel like I was in the perfect place. I can tell they love what they do. After 27 years of treating patients in my own practice I know how a health care practice should be run and they do it right. The rooms are comfortable, the equipment is impressive, but it is the way I was treated, educated and made to feel valued which will bring me back.

Craig and Dr. Kent both explained why the laser hair removal requires several treatments, and it is totally logical. I can tell you that I will be back to them regularly. The biggest issue now will be that my wife will have to come up with a new name for me. Out with Dr. Sasquatch, in with Dr. Smooth?!

I bought a 3 IPL photo facial package. I just finished with my third one today. I can't wait to see the full results in 2 weeks. I've been SO happy with the changes the first 2 made to my complexion. My rosacea is almost gone as well as my sunspots. Vivian is quick & so nice! It's a fast in and out appointment but very thorough. She told me what to expect and how to take care of any redness or swelling. I'm really thrilled with the results & would definitely reccommend Tranquil Waters Med Spa. I plan to go back for other procedures.
