I first want to start with I’ve been waiting about 4 months to make this review. I waited to all work was done before I left a review.

I want to say Thank you to all the Premier team you are all wonderful. All of you have went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. I had a bunch of work done from premier and they absolutely did an amazing job from start to finish. They were polite professional understanding accommodating. Called to check up on me after procedures. Nothing short of amazing truly every single of them. The staff and doctor went out to their way to make sure I was happy. I truly can’t say enough about them. Thank you all again God bless you all.

My 96 year old mother-in-law broke one of her front teeth and it was extremely sharp. Premier Dentistry fit her into the schedule the following day. Dr. Spring and his staff were SO kind to her (as she doesn't hear well & her short term memory is almost gone). Dr. Spring rebuilt her front tooth and a second tooth that had also cracked some time ago and he did it at no charge to her. As a very senior person on a very limited income, we were so grateful to his desire to help an senior citizen in need. My family has been going to Premier Dentistry for 10+ years now and we will not EVER go to anyone else. Dr. Spring and his staff are amazing! Thank you to all of you who were so kind to mom yesterday. She is so happy with her new teeth, especially the one right in front. She couldn't stop talking about it all the way home. :) -- Deanna F.

Everyone here is awesome! Ian and Dr. Spring are both very knowledgeable and gave excellent explanations of everything when I had questions. Ian went above and beyond in helping to figure out what could be causing an issue I'm having. I really appreciated his help. This place is amazing.

Premier is the best. The dentists and dental assistants are amazing and pay attention to detail.

The practice is completely fair on their pricing and they provide amazing customer service and are super professional!

Excellent friendly front office staff reviewed my costs and payment options. Friendly and knowledgeable dental assistant. Dr. Spring thoroughly explained the procedure and completed it on time and with a great outcome.

How many people can say they love their dentist office? Premier is amazing! The front desk personnel are knowledgeable, kind, capable, efficient, and quick to act. Hygienists are thorough, on task, and kind. Follow-through and treatment plans are top notch. I can't say enough good things about Premier Family Dental Care.

Great dentist. Been going there for many years and they always greet me by my first name as I enter the door. Everyone is very friendly from the receptionist to the doctor.

My experience with my dentist, Rob Swanson was Great. He took into consideration my issues, and made me feel very comfortable. I have recommended him to others already.

I have had such awful experiences with dentists in the past, today changed that ! I really loved this team before Dr Birch left the practice. I had a bad experience, but The team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was met properly. I just completed my annual enrollment for work and was thinking about moving to another practice, but after my visit today with Ian and Dr Swanson, I have decided to stay with the office as I really love this team. They do an amazing job on my cleanings and with my daughters needs as well. Thank you

Front office staff was amazing/polite/kind. The dentist, Dr Swanson, was very compassionate and made a great care plan for me, starting with the areas that needed care right away. He showed me the X rays of my teeth so I could see a comparison from 3 years prior & now current day. It was amazing to see the differences.
My hygienist name was Jo. She was gentle with cleanings, but very thorough and effective. I learned something new at 37 years old…. I can put 1:1 ratio peroxide/water in my water pick & the peroxide in the pick can get below the surface of my gum tissue to kill off any bacteria. Why am I just learning this now **mind blown**
Thank you Jo. This was very helpful/useful in preventing further cavities. Wish we could have met 15 years sooner.
They say staff of an office can make or break a place, & you all MAKE the place. Thank you for being a wonderful, compassionate, & trusting dental office. Will definitely be returning.
