Very happy with the diagnosis and treatment that my Mom has received from Dr. Zaret. We've been to SMG a few times and have never waited more than 5-10 minutes, the staff has always friendly and the care is compassionate and genuine. Thank you!

My expirence was very good at this location (Hollywood). Recently had an appointment with Dr. Harvey Schwartz; he was amazing and helped me. The entire staff was outstanding, friendly, professional and would recommend them. They really went above and beyond.

The wait times for scheduled appointments are ridiculous. I had an appointment for 9:45 am, and arrived at 9:35. I ended up waiting until 10:55 to be called back, and then another ten minutes until I saw the doctor for 5 minutes to verify that I do need a prescription refill. The doctor (Dr. Seliger) is and always has been great; he is kind, relaxed and attentive. But it is hard to convince myself that an almost two hour wait is worth it. The ladies at the front desk, while very professional, seemed very unconcerned about the wait and unable to give an estimate. It didn't help that I had to bring my active toddler with me and am in the first (nauseous) trimester of another pregnancy. That aside, the wait was still way too long.

Dr Freeman was polite and courteous. She took her time doing testing. I would give Dr Freeman 5 stars if is wasn’t for the office staff. Dr. FREEMAN IS FABULOUS!! However, CANNOT say the same thing about the Hollywood staff. Went to the office to pick up a copy of the testing results and was met with all sorts of reasons as to why I couldn’t get the copy. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY OTHER DOCTOR’S OFFICE GETTING COPIES OF REPORTS BEFORE BEING SEEN BY MY ORDERING PHYSICIAN. And I work in the medical profession as well, so please don’t quote HIPPA!!

This was a very frustrating experience, I was a new patient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything that was going to be done during the EEG and I waited a long time for both of my appointments patiently. The day of my EEG the nurse technician was braking rules of HIPPA during my test by speaking about other patients information in front of me on the phone, had a computer screen with everyone's information on it, during my test. She had an attitude, she never explained what she was going to do, nor did she say when she was going to start the EEG and she did not do anything the Doctor had explained; it was a waste of my time. The office is very disorganized and I spoke with a manager who said would call me back rescheduling my appointment to a sooner date and never did. I had to cancel my last appointment for my results which was going to be via zoom because the doctor was unavailable and last minute they told me they needed another referral after I've been waiting for two months for this appointment. I e-mailed the doctor through the patient portal and never got an answer back. This is what happens when doctors work for an office that doesn't care about their patients, unfortunately they loose new patients, business by breaking HIPPA rules, regulations and truly ignore the health of their patients.

This has been one of the worst experiences with a medical office. Not only is the office staff unfriendly but they are difficult to get in contact with. you get transferred from person to person, and no one is available for the "appointment line". It took weeks to schedule an appointment and the doctor we saw (Gopoloswamy) was terrible. He ordered he to get an EEG and MRI after she had a history of seizures and Meningitis. For our follow up all he stated was that every thing looked fine. I asked him if he even looked at the results his response was yes, but when I asked him to show me what he saw, he couldn't even pull up the labs. We had to walk over to the MRI lab and hover over the technicians desk. His feedback was very brief and he didn't show any concern or regard for the patient. Very unprofessional staff. Terrible.

I wish I could give it zero stars. They have absolutely zero respect for a patients time. I have sat there on more than 1 occasion for 2 hours only to not have an appointment because someone didn't their job correctly. The communication is awful between them and the doctors. several times I've made an appointment only to be told the doctor either doesn't work that day or that the doctor works at a hospital, basically telling you that you are second priority to these doctors. And of course their famous lines are "its not our fault", "we'll call you back", "who told you that? no one would say that". Because of course you must be there because you have amnesia.

Worst patient scheduling experience ever. First my appointment was cancelled the week it was supposed to take place. Made 2 appointments one in the Hollywood location and one in Pembroke. When I called to check on my appointments they said appointments were not in the system when I have an email confirming. How do you send out a confirmation email without having an actual appointment. Very dissatisfied with SMG...

If it weren't for Dr. Salzman I wouldn't deal with the abuse from the office staff. I have waited 45 mins to finally be asked about my insurance, to then be put in a room to have them do extensive grilling of payment & insurance linked to my car accident. At this point I've waited well over 1 hour for my appointment. After that I finally see Dr Salzman and get the proper treatment. The circus the sunrose medical group is running makes it really difficult for me to want to visit my doctor even when needed. Patients me beware and be sure to take the whole day off, it could be a three-hour doctor visit.

This doctors office is extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. I was unable to make an appointment in 3 different attempts. Then once I finally did get to my appointment I was taken in the back and had to wait while the receptionists, (who were very nice,) verified payment...again...even though they had spoken to the insurance adjustor at the time that we actually made the appointment. That took approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards, I was told to go "over there" by a nurse who didn't show me where to go and there were about 19 doors. When I asked her agian i was led BACK OUT TO the waiting room;..where I waited longer! Then I was brought to an exam room where I waited close to an hour while the doctor I was going to see was less than 30 ft away debating something with his colleague. Finally he came in where he proceeded to give me what felt like a biology lesson. He also told me the opposite recommendations of the last 5 specialists I've seen. After the appt I called 3 times and left messages and was never called back.

I forget the doctor's name, but he was basically 45 minutes late to my appointment and I left. I had a meeting, and the staff seemed incredulous that I could get fired if I don't attend. Yep, that's how it works in the market-driven economy, as opposed to the mess that is healthcare.

New patient waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen by the doctor never had a chance to see him. I walked out. Ridiculous don't you think?
I'll find another doctor thank you.

Doctor decided to downsize and not be there on Tuesdays. They tell me my appointment that I scheduled over a month in advance (new patient) two days before the appointment was supposed to me. Pathetic. Now I guess I just won't have my medication that I need.

If u must go to a dr in this office, see if they have another office. The staff do not return calls, keep timely appointments, keep promises or even care. Save yourself the aggravation and time and find another office.

This place has not changed since the reviews that I've read the front staff look at you puzzled one of the weight scales didn't even work the woman wouldn't give up on thinking that somehow it's going to start working the scale was old strange front end staff but the neurologist was great
