It don't get any better than A Star Motors. Been checking out the market for a GMC 1500 AT4. Aaron got one in last night, I called him in the morning and we made a deal happen. The crew detailed it amazing for us, this is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from Aaron. The first was a 2015 4runner and we still have it to this day. Aaron is up front, honest and provides the best customer service period. Super happy with our new purchase and I highly recommend you going to A Star.

Recently purchased a 2018 mustang 5.0 GT and traded in my 2017 challenger RT and I called around a half an hour before they closed. The owner could tell I was highly interested in the vehicle. I test drove it and really loved it. They stayed late too Insure I could get the car and give me a good deal, they made business smooth and easy. The vehicles are not overpriced like most dealerships. In fact way cheaper with less miles. I also can see it is not a rip off dealer ship based off the selling price of the challenger listed after I sold it to them, They’re not trying to make insane amounts of money off your trade ins and give you a low end bargain for your trade. Overall pleased. I would recommend getting a warranty if you buy used. Not because of lack of the dealer ship trust. Just a good thing to have incase car trouble arises, which should be obvious with any vehicle purchase.

Amazing customer service, they don't make you feel like you NEED to purchase, which a lot of lots do... I purchased exactly what I was looking for, a weird problem arose with my loan but Aaron figured out a solution that actually worked out better on both sides without me having to stress about anything. He even put my license plate on when it arrived, without asking. Highly recommend if you don't like being hassled while shopping for a vehicle. The vehicle will pick you with their great selection of vehicles and they make sure the rest is SIMPLE! We will be back to purchase our future vehicles!

I recently purchased a 4-series BMW from Aaron @ A-Star Motors… I could not be happier with the vehicle itself, as well as the streamlined sales process Aaron uses. Liz and Aaron were great. Liz was the most honest salesperson i have ever dealt with at a dealership. That goes a long way with me. The icing on the cake was we noticed a deep scratch on the front windshield a day after we bought it. I called Aaron and he said he was sorry and would purchase me a new windshield, which he did the next week. I will definitely be back for my next purchase and have told all my friends about them. Top notch customer service and no pressure!!

This was an amazing dealership the manger was very courteous and honest got us out the door as fast as possible made paperwork easy and effortless and even stayed past close to get me in the truck that night with a fresh wash, the vehicle detail was great and lasted weeks shout out to him. The insurance APR and warranty plans were made easy and allowed us to make the decisions we wanted not trying to push things on us to make dollar and wanted a great truck to a good home. A Star is not in the car business there in the transportation business to get you on the road safely!

Best Experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.
Nice clean vehicles and a good selection.
I bought the vehicle took it straight to my mechanic. He ran it through his inspection.
There was a issue with the hubs on the vehicle. I made contact with my salesman and he made arrangements for my vehicle to be repaired under warranty. Even better, Aaron picked me up at the Repair shop and I was loaned a really nice vehicle to commute while my vehicle was being repaired. I appreciate A Star Motors stepping up and taking care of me and my vehicle. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle here.

I'm very happy with my car purchase from A Star Motors. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Was looking for a reliable used car with low mileage. That's exactly what Aaron, the owner, found for me. 2000 Lexus with just over 100k miles! Only 2 owners, very clean, mechanically sound. I’ve been looking for a new car ever since I sold my Jeep, I’ve been to dealership after dealership and no luck. I’ve worked in dealerships before and know how the people are but this was NOT the case at A star! We happened to stop there by chance because if I’m being honest I never trusted personally owned dealerships either but from the time we got there it was nothing but EXCELLENT service. Scott helped us (shout out Scott!) he was very friendly, listened to what we wanted/needed and we didn’t feel any pressure from him to buy. We didn’t feel trapped or obligated to stay or agree to a price or car right away. He let us leave and think it over, letting us know that the price quoted wouldn’t change if we decided to come back and it didn’t. Honestly the whole experience was great. Scott and Aaron both took such great care of us down to the littlest thing! (The car had been detailed very thoroughly but Aaron noticed a tiny spot on the carpet in the trunk so before we left he had them take it out and clean it but it wouldn’t come out so he literally just replaced the WHOLE CARPET!) I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone over the big dealerships, they care about their customers and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe buying a car from them!

My boyfriend and I went to A Star Motors to buy our first car after the old family truck died on us. We were expecting to have to argue a lot with people because we're young and so people try to treat us like we don't know what we're talking about. We were pleasantly surprised when that wasn't the case! Dennis, the man who helped us, made it so that we drove away in our new (used) car very satisfied. He let us test drive it, explaining various things about the car as we drove. When I asked about a student discount (I'm a university student), he gave us $500 off on a car that was already reasonably priced for a 2014 car with less than 50,000 miles on it. He was very transparent about the car's history and the application process for financing and got us a great deal for first-time buyers! The warranty deal is also more generous than you can find at other dealerships. Paid for the emissions test and registration as well. I would highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a good deal on a used car, especially if you're a first time buyer who needs help getting through the process like we did.
