My story is probably like many others I was passing through a green light, and through an intersection when a woman unexpectedly ran the red light and t boned my car on on the passenger side luckily I was alone and wasn't seriously injured , after the initial fallout of the accident I was left to deal with the other drivers insurance company on my own which wasn't turning out to be a very good experience even though the other driver took all responsibility her insurance company was trying to lowball me into accepting and offer that wouldn't even cover the damages to my vehicle. I was frustrated with the adjuster pressuring into taking a quick check just to be able to salvage something out of this horrible experience. Fortunately I was referred to Dayton's weems law office who quickly arranged an interview with me and took my case. And no time at all it seems I was signing for a substantialsettlement check. My gaurdian ad litem is a bias man. Not at all trusting or professional. Beware. I don't even think such a man truly cares about children honestly. Hes just there for a check and is ruing and breaking families. A lost cause.untrustworthy.
