Everyone here is amazingly patient and nice. I recently moved back from New Orleans and there was a mixup with my scripts but they got it all taken care of.

Prices are extremely low. Was getting one of my medications at Walmart for $135 a month. Get the same message for $23 dollars for 3 months. Love costco

The employees are usually pretty great and try to help if there are problems with insurance or anything. There is only one employee that’s kinda grumpy...

Customer service was not at its best today. Arrived at pharmacy 1:30 to find it closed with sign indicating reopening at 2:30. Inquired at front and was informed they were short staffed and that the pharmacist was taking lunch break. Waited until reopening since I had prescription to pick up and found 2 staff present which lead to me thinking if there were 2 staff present could one staff have taken break while the other maintained pharmacy opened. I'm suspecting there is some HR rule mandating that pharmacy cannot be open with single staffing. This is my motivator for the 3 star rating versus the 5 that I have historically experienced.

Pharmacy issues. Not only was it a longer process than expected for my prescriptions, but Kaitlyn made my experience that much more unpleasant by skipping me in life after waiting. When I let her know she said "oh thats ok". This is one reason customers hate dealing with customer service reps. as someone who also works in customer service. I will opt for delivery from now on.

Had been waiting 30 minutes to pick up 2 prescriptions. Was supposed to take 25 minutes. Tanya the pharmacist stopped filling my prescriptions to answer a question from a walk up customer. That delayed another 20 minutes. Then she spent about two minutes finishing and checking my prescriptions . I think she should have completed what she was doing and had the other customer wait 2 minutes instead if me 20 minutes.

Unsatisfactory pharmacy experience: The pharmacy failed to inform me promptly about the availability of my medication despite my doctor's prior approval. Every time I called, they claimed it was not ready for approval, even though my doctor had approved it a long time ago. Their responses were unhelpful and conveyed disinterest, as if they did not want to engage with customers, or assumed I was a drug addict. In my latest call, they informed me that they only hold medications for seven days. I expressed my frustration at their lack of communication, as nobody had contacted me. Consequently, I decided to switch pharmacies.

Prepare to wait and get coughed on as it apparently takes 5 hours to count to 30
