I've been going here for a very long time, use to bring my children here, the staff are always friendly, Dr. Benner is a thorough doctor and fun to visit with. I love this place and the people.

Ronald Benner is also president of the AOA, a lobbyist, and stopped millions from accessing contact lenses at a reasonable price from the UK just to line his pocket. Unsurprisingly he also overcharges in his private practice. Don’t go here.

*UPDATE* They wanted to charge me 45 dollars to tell me my pupil distance for a piece of equipment I needed. They already had it on file, I already paid for the test, but the girl at the counter said "Dr Benner requires a $45 dollar fee for me to give you that information." Highly judgmental, and hostile. Told me he has seen children who acted better with him when I was nervous about him getting too close to my eye. I have high anxiety, and warned him first, and he still went out of his way to make me feel humiliated for "wasting his valuable time" as he put it. If I could rate this in the negatives, I would. Took 4 appointments to get my prescription right because he kept rushing me during the tests.

Thinks he can give medical advice beyond an eye doctor. Plain rude and insensitive. DO NOT GO HERE

Very rude and judgemental man, I had to make 5 appointments just to get contacts because everytime I went he insisted I did not make an appointment for contacts, when I absolutely did, and he always made it an argument throwing a fit.

Very arrogant man, we have finally had it with him and his staff. We are going back to Billings for our eye care needs.
