Laurel Ford has me as a customer for life. Every experience I have had has gone exactly as I was told and everyone there is very friendly. My F150 was bought at Laurel Ford and all maintenance has been done there. I highly recommend the dealership.

Laurel Ford was EXCELLENT to deal with on the purchase of our new ranch mobile! We special ordered and waited for many months for the production. Rob and Marty, Sales Manager, and Salesman kept us up to date on our order and suggested a change that fast tracked the custom build. (Shifted to soft top.). When it finally arrived we received a morning facetime call with a preview of our new Bronco from Marty. When we arrived everything was EXACTLY as had been agreed to with zero funny business. They did what they said they would do at the price that we agreed. In todays car buying market, that is really appreciated. Probably the easiest transaction I have had in a long time. Marty spent a lot of time showing us how everything works, and the Vehicle Prep by the service department was top notch. Didn't find any issues and drove it 300 miles on the day of pickup down to the ranch. We will certainly purchase here again.

We've been costumers of their service department for over 20 years and simply cannot say enough good things about this team. Wonderful, relaxing place to wait, very knowledgeable techs, honesty, and reasonable prices. Probably not the cheapest by the hour (although maybe) but they are quick and I believe the bottom line is cheaper than most other places. I always leave with confidence in what they've done. They actually care about the customers and it is a great place to do business!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Laurel Ford as the phone operator, Service manager, Service writer and the Diesel Tech mechanic all bent over backwards for me after I broke down while traveling on vacation. I was unable to speak with two other dealers in the area because I kept being sent to voice mail in their service departments even when I told the operator I was remotely broken down and had to travel 2 miles just to get connectivity and needed to speak to someone in service and could not leave a message. Laurel Ford operator quickly put me in touch with their service manager and he stated he would work to get me in as soon as possible when the only other dealer wanted me to wait 3 weeks. After being towed out of the back woods of Wyoming and arriving late at 5:30PM the service manager met me on the street where my truck with a camper on top was unloaded on the street. The diesel tech also came to the street and began diagnosing the no-start situation of my 2001 F350 Diesel. The service department closed at 6PM but people stayed late to start resolving the problem. I was told they would work on the truck first thing in the morning. When I arrived the next day at 10:30 AM I was told the truck was repaired as the Diesel Tech came in early at 5:30AM to replace the glow plugs on my truck. After an additional hour of charging the batteries I was off and back on vacation after less than 24 hours at the shop. Laurel Ford is the absolute best. While I plan to move to the area in the future, I will travel long distances to have Laurel Ford do maintenance on my vehicles in the future. Never had customer service like this. These folks are the greatest! Thank you, William

Quick service at reasonable price. They were able to return vehicle to my home. This means so much to me because finding someone who can offer transportation for me is burdensome. I live out of town.

Can always get in quickly. If they have parts, they always get everything done at one time.
I rarely have to use the service department because I only drive Fords.

We haven't bought a rig from here recently, but when we did it was always fantastic service. When we brought in both our trucks recently, I was beyond impressed with the service we received. We had a few little things with a truck under warranty that needed looked at - done and taken care of in hours. Then a few quirks and accessories added to anther. The service department went above and beyond to get our trucks in and out in the same day despite all the additional work and issues the pickup put them through. I'll continue to make the drive in to see these guys with the friendly faces, smiles and care they had for our rigs!

Traveling through the area for work and I needed to get my truck serviced. Don in the service department took great care of me and even though they were pretty booked up was able to squeeze my truck in and get it taken care of. Very friendly, professional and fast service. I wish all the dealerships service centers I visited were this good. Thank you Don and the crew for taking care of my truck!

I just purchased my forth vehicle from Laurel Ford last week. Leigh worked with me while I tried to deal with the insurance company because a hail storm had totaled my previous vehicle. She found the perfect car for me and arranged to let me drive it off the lot even though my insurance hadn’t yet settled the claim. The folks at Laurel Ford are fantastic!

I have been utilizing Laurel Ford since I moved to MT in 10/2020. I have had a great experience with the service department each and every time. I now take my personal and work vehicles to this shop because they fix everything the first time, treat with me dignity and the utmost respect. I also love the chocolate chip cookies.

Great service! Oil changes are now First come first serve. I barely got comfortable on the couch in the parts lounge, when the service tech came in and let me know my oil and fuel filter change was finished (maybe 20 minutes). Very professional, and I will return here for any work on my Super Duty.

Laurel Ford has great customer service and I would highly recommend them to new and existing customers.
