The process was simple and straightforward, a lot of dealers go through a lengthy and painful negotiation process that can last hours if not days, going back and forth, not being able to talk to whomever can make decisions... With Andy at Wilson Ford, we were able to get to an agreement with just a couple of text messages. It was our most expensive purchase and yet the easiest. I wish more dealers were operating like that.

Every time I get my car serviced from this location, I ask for Jordan. As a girl in my early 20’s it can be extremely intimidating to ask for help, Jordan has always been transparent and so helpful!! 10/10 recommend, especially if you’re young and car places give you anxiety.

I always take my car into wilson motors service department, because there service and parts department is fantastic, and they gave they gave me a great deal on my car.

Tyler on the service in parts is great. He answers all of my questions and has great recommendations for any custom builds.

Brock was fantastic in helping me find the perfect next car for me and my lifestyle. He was patient and let me try out around 8 cars on his lot and took the time to give me more information about each model, as well as in comparing cars and listening to every concern I had. Though I ended up finding the right match at another dealer, Brock was there to help with every step regardless of whether or not I purchased from him and I will always be grateful for that. Great salesman and great dealer!

10/10 service here! I headed into Wilson Motor looking to get my oil changed and my car inspected for any future problems. I was greeted with a smile from Jordan. He was so helpful and polite! I’m so glad I chose Wilson Motor for servicing my vehicle and I will certainly be returning !

For some reason everytime we work in logan we have some sort of truck issues but Wilson Ford three times now have fixed our problems even though we had no appointment they got it done!

Great service! There is also a nice waiting area. I went to get a new battery in my car. When I got in my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been vacuumed and the windows were cleaned. I had just driven 5 hours and had a lot of bugs on my windshield before they cleaned it. Update: They are doing some sort of construct inside. Service wasn't affected, but the office area is a bit cramped.

The service department is excellent. I’m always able to get an appt in a timely manner. The waiting areas are pleasant. They do offer me a ride if my appointment is going to take very long too. They are very efficient and professional.

Great service and still the lowest-cost oil change I could find in the valley!

Brock did amazing!!! I’m a pain in the butt anyway and he worked with us so good still after we purchased it, he took care of us almost 6 months if not more after I’m extremely impressed I would definitely recommend Brock as your sales man

Andrew in the service department is a stud. Can't say enough good about him. Long story short I am an auto mechanic and one of our customers vehicles had an issue we were unable to repair. Had it towed to Wilson motor to have them fix it. The tech did an excellent job at repairing it and Andrew bent over backwards to make it work out for us, and our customer. Thanks guys!

Customer service is the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lynette is so nice and helpful. The mechanic I talked to was very professional and listened to my concerns. My car was done right and on time.

Brock (salesman) got me in touch with Pete at Wilson motor company rental department on the Nissan side, who got me situated with a great rental car while my truck was being serviced because the Ford side didn’t have any available which is understandable. Pete is a super kind gentleman very helpful and respectful, thanks Pete and Brock.

My husband and I rented a Ford Escape in Denver so we could tour the National Parks. As we were driving from Jackson, Wyoming over the mountains into Utah (in a blizzard), the “check tire pressure” light came on. Thankfully, We found Wilson Ford and pulled in. A very nice young man took the car into the service bay and checked the tires, looked the vehicle over & most importantly, gave us peace of mind for the rest of our trip. The service manager assisted us with any questions we had about the vehicle as well. We were not regular customers of this dealership, but they treated us as if we were! They were pleasant, professional and courteous. It’s obvious that they treat all their customers the same way they treated us. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Had them put a new insert in for my spark plug because i stripped it out because i can’t remember to put some stupid anti seize on the plug several times but thats beside the point. Had them do that on my 98 f150 and it didnt fix it like it was supposed to, brought it back and they jerry rigged it up to fix the problem (which i was fine with) and i can drive the truck into its grave. Good experience, id deal with them again.
