Working out in this gym for 18 months already. Everyone is with a trainer. They have group and personal training sessions. Never crowded and always clean. My results are very satisfying. I am 35 and had some posture issues because of sitting job and low activity, but I was able to reverse this to almost normal condition with a help of Alex and his son (you would never believe, also Alex), trainers in Playground Gym. They have family oriented facility. Me, my wife and my daughter (10 years old) attending this place. Owner is a trainer himself. Great place!

Playground Fitness is a fitness center in Davie.
It is for people interested in working out with knowledgeable trainers using professional equipment in an expansive gym.
It is one of the best gyms I have trained in. The owners are passionate about fitness and care about good form and great results.
It is never overcrowded and has a nice atmosphere with good music.

I love this place!!!!! Playground makes me feel like home, clean, space-full, good vibes, friendly staff... .Alex and Anna( the owners ) are very professional and supportive. Alex has made me an effective training program + I got my personalized meat plans, that I’ve been following for years with great results. I lost over 10 pounds in just 4-5 weeks ( not being on a diet, just working out and eating more healthfully).
Alex has been always flexible with my unstable schedule, it helped a lot not skipping my training sessions, thank you for that !

Moved to Florida recently and been looking for a new gym to join, this place came highly recommended, so i decided to give it a try. Loved the place, the staff is very friendly, very clean place. I am a regular now.

kidding! Well equipped and very friendly. They let me do my own thing which is indoor rowing but they are a private personal training gym.

Well I broke any record I had and it’s just because of the high level of the coaches in this facility! Heidy the owner will always correct you and those little comments make a big deference for me!
I master many new movements in such short time and it is all because of the experience of the coaches.
The facility is at the highest level that you can find, they have anything you can think of and more, they have kids program that is top notch as well!

I love my Crossfit gym!

The coaches are great especially for someone like me who was totally new to fitness and CrossFit. They make you feel welcomed. Owners Heidi and Steve are incredible and coach Isaias is an amazing coach. Highly recommend the Playground Crossfit Gym.

I have been involved in the crossfit community for 10 years. I am an athlete that has travelled extensively. The Playground- Broward Crossfit is by far the BEST facility that I have trained at in the USA. I love the owners of the facility. They make me feel as though I am a part of their family. The gym is extremely spacious, they have the best equipment and amazing coaches. I can't wait to get back there!
Also, the BEST crossfit kids program is offered here!

Broward CrossFit is a top notch facility. The trainers and staff are the best around! I would not want to go anywhere else! If you are new to CrossFit or have been doing it a while they will take great care of you. The coaches are very attentive and want to make sure you are doing everything properly and safely. Safety is the top priority here. While they would love to see you get better, they will not let you sacrifice proper form to get there, they want to make sure you do not get hurt! CrossFit is not easy, but it is a lot of fun, and very rewarding. Especially when you start to see results!

Great trainers. I love training here. They ensure safety first. Coming in I was overweight and worried about being able to do cross fit or the program being mostly men lighting extreme weights. Not true at all, they scale the workouts, to ensure people are safe and no people do not throw up. I never felt judged or put down due to weight or fitness level. Also, I was presently surprised how many women were there. It is a nice, family facility. Everyone pushes to make each other better and best no creepy guys. I attended Liz's classes and loved her. I also worked with Brad, Billy, Heidi, and Steve; all who are great. Classes are small, with trainers always around. At times there were 4 coaches in the class, for a class of 15! The coaches walk around and ensure everyone is doing the workout properly and will help you do better.

My wife and I have been members of Broward CrossFit for the past year. Previously we worked out for many years at a generic, machine-based gym. This is sooo much better in every way. We have made more gains this year then we did in all the many years before. Everyone at any age and any level of fitness can be accommodated through clever adaptations of the class activities by the outstanding coaches. There are classes at all times of day and the class format is much better than going alone - high energy, fun and educational. The CrossFit format means that you are challenged in every way possible and no two workouts are the same. You have to be committed -- i.e., no results if you don't show up -- and you are going to work hard -- but what a great place to do it!

When I walked into Playground Broward CrossFit I immediately knew this would be my new home. Quality Coaching and Program Design is a must but 32 Rowers, 54 Ft Pull Up Rig and not to mention a Community that is second to none.
I came from another gym that had some great athletes and okay coaches but more or less ran their facility more like a Frat house then a professional training facility.
Lets face it we all get tweaks from training. Heidi, Steve, Billy, Liz, and Brad are the first one to tell me to back off on training and immediately how me Mobility and Stretching exercises to keep the body whole. We forget to add that in and EVERY Single class ends with a Stretching and mobility class. Ive been to over 30 CrossFit Gyms and never had such a great experience. I loved it so much I decided to do some privates to tighten up my Olympic Weightlifting movements. Class A facility.

I have tried many gyms over the years and I am really enjoying Crossfit Affliction. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I maybe a newbie, but people are always trying to help when I have questions. I am seeing results after my first month and am feeling much better at making a greater effort in my workouts.

The programs change daily and the workouts are challenging. It does not matter what your age, you just do what you can plus a little more. It is an open air gym so you get a great sweat. Special thanks to Steve, Heidi, Liz and Billy - they have been so helpful as well as supportive.

With a state of the art facility, and a coaching staff that gives it the family environment Broward CrossFit is a great gym to train at. With enough equipment and stations you never have to worry about not having enough of anything.
