They worked with me on my damaged equipment. They made me feal at home and they totally under stood. Some times your not home and equipment gets damaged and you don't realy know what happened! They were very understanding and they help me get back to normal.
I expected a confrontation, but they were very helpful. I didn't expect that. They are so much better than what usually happens.
