I had the pleasure of working with Accounting Max Services to handle my tax preparation this year, and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and expertise they provided.

I was referred to this office a year ago and Ana Navia did my 2020 taxes last year. I realized that she left out forms that needed to be filed as well as some credits that I was entitled to. When I brought it to her attention, she got very defensive. She was unprofessional in the manner she took care of the situation especially when responding to my emails and phone calls. She only spoke Spanish and had to have her daughter translate everything to me which at many times was confusing and again unprofessional. This year when my husband went to go file my families taxes for 2021 she told my husband that I need to file my taxes somewhere else. Right then and there, this company lost my family and I's service because no client should be turned away. I believe that clients come first in any company. And it is very unacceptable that I felt the need to write this review. Please think twice before using this company and her. You should be getting your moneys worth with the service, and with this company you will not. (This has been reported to the IRS).
