Words cannot express my gratitude for the patience and understanding shared with me by Robert and his staff during the loss of my husband. The pre-planning services offered at Riendeau-Mulvey are excellent. I am so appreciative of the time and care I was given; all of my questions were fully answered. Hospice knew our time was near, yet there was no pressure or final decisions until the time was right. I sincerely appreciate the wealth of knowledge and guidance. I am comforted knowing I can pre-plan my own arrangements so that my family will not worry. Many thanks for a beautifully executed service, done very thoughtful and caring, yet so professional. I will cherish the memories of the day.

Historically we've used a different funeral home for our family in the past where minor details were overlooked, making a difficult time more difficult. Riendea-Mulvey funeral home were thorough, kind, patient, and compassionate. They went out of their way to help us through a difficult time, doing things for our family above and beyond the call of duty. They are wonderful! We are very happy with our experience!

My family always used another funeral home in Brockton but after they were sold my mom found Riendeau-Mulvey as my Nana started hospice. She didn't want a big service and there wasn't a big budget but they treated my family like family and were so kind and understanding. After she passed, at the celebration of life, the driver was so kind and insisted he help me unload cases of water as I had my young girls in the car. They greeted everyone so warmly and professionally, as if we spent a fortune. My Uncle with early Parkinson's forgot to order flowers which he didn't realize until we were at the church the morning of the service and they stepped right in and had a beautiful bouquet quickly provided. It has been a year today since my Nana passed and I just had to write a review as I've been meaning to! They really went above and beyond and we couldn't have asked for more!

Robert and Charlie have my deepest gratitude for their outstanding professionalism. Understanding my needs, showing compassion, kindness and courtesy allowed me to be at ease throughout the whole process at such painful time in my life.

I cannot find the words to tell everyone how much I recommend the owner and staff at R-M. I recently needed to pre-plan funeral services and, after walking away from the company our family normally would have used due to impersonal responses from the staff, I'm glad I decided on R-M instead. Robert, his wife and staff were all were all pleasant, professional and respectful. Robert went above and beyond what I expected when it came to helping me plan something I'd never done before. I only wish there were more stars up top. I'd have filled 100 of them.

Riendeau-Mulvey is a very professional Funeral home . At a very difficult time in your life they walk you though the process of the funeral arrangements with patients and understanding. The director Robert Stockwell IV, is a very compassionate man who thinks of your needs and wants. He does a fantastic job on the deceased and with dealing with the family and all the things that can come up. I highly recommend him and would definitely trust him with any of my loved ones.

In July, I unexpectedly lost my partner of 23 years. Robert was referred to us by friends in the industry who assured me I would be cared for by the best. From my first meeting, I knew they were right. This was my first time ever having to make funeral arrangements and Robert was so patient and kind while he walked me through each decision that had to be made. He made suggestions where appropriate which relieved so much pressure during such an overwhelming time.

What struck me most was how important it was to the entire staff that our loved one was honored the way we intended. Robert was so gracious in honoring each request and making sure we had the ability to say our hardest goodbyes. The day of the wake the staff handled the large crowd easily and many remarked on what an amazing job they did managing the parking lot and the line of people. The same was true the day of the funeral.

Their professionalism is unmatched, however, it was the special touches like the memory book, the thank you cards with Dennis' picture on them and his fingerprint that exemplify how they went above and beyond what was expected. I am truly touched by the kindness, compassion and respect Robert and his entire staff showed my family during such a tragic time for us. I assure you they will provide you with the same.

Our youngest brother had recently passed away and we were in a state of shock and extreme grief. The last thing we wanted to do ( like most people ) was to arrange a service for him. We were however pleasantly surprised at how empathetic and caring our director Rob was. He was kind and patient with us since this was our first time arranging a funeral. He answered all of our questions and fulfilled all of our requestes. He even went above and beyond for us when we went to pick up our brothers ashes. My parents allowed us to separate the ashes into a smaller urn and Rob without question transferred the ashes for us and the best part was our brother had a religious tattoo on his left arm and my cousin requested to have his sleeve rolled up. Usually you would think a director would just yes you to death and just do what they need to do because you won’t see it anyway. To my shock not only did Rob do what we asked but he also took two professional photos of the tattoo and gave them to us with a frame. His assistant Stephanie was wonderful as well. She was loving and caring and offering comfort to my family. Yes this review is long but I could sit here all day and praise them about the incredible and comforting experience we had. They really care about families needs and go above and beyond to make the experience beautiful and seamless. We are forever grateful for their service. And this will be our forever choice for the future. Even though we do not live near here at all, I will always come back to Rob and his amazing staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My sister and I lost our dad, thank goodness someone referred us to Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home. They were so respectful of my father, and my sister and I. Very professional. During these hard times of losing a loved one Riendeau Mulvey Funeral Home staff especially ROBERT J. STOCKWELL IV made our days go a little better. From first meeting with him we knew this is where we wanted to be "figuratively speaking" he was very accommodating and took well care of everything! Made our mom look beautiful as ever as he expressed he does make-up, hair, even put on her favorite nail polish, You did a great job and were very benevolent to my sympathy of the passing of my mom.
