THE STORE IS VERY CLEANED SANITIZED I LOVER THE FLOWER DEPARTMENT I SMELLED FRESHED THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AS WELL

Came here in search of good bagged ice for work. I quickly found a good parking spot and headed in. I asked an associate where I would find the ice. I went right to it and selected three bags. The freezer was stocked full and so were the bags. On my way out I played the claw machine to win a stuffed animal. It did not work today. Thanks for the good ice and great customer service!

Such a great grocery store to shop at in Brigham City. The store is clean the associates are friendly and nice more than willing to help. Have a great produce department with a great selection of products. The store is easy to get in and out of the parking lots nice it's convenient to have the gas station here and there is a beautiful view of the mountains as you walk out of the store.

Came in tonight around 930 just to grab a few items and went to checkout my total came out to 11.60 and I only had 11 dollars on me so I asked if the self check out lady if she had extra 60 cents at all so I didn’t have to run out to my car and grab it and she graciously went and grabbed some change thank you so much for the help I appreciate it so much what an amazing person who deserves a raise unfortunately I didn’t grab her name before I left because I hadn’t thought about it

I love my local Smith's Food & Drug. I know them and they know me. Always helpful and courteous, the store is tidy and people move in and out with efficiency. Couldn't ask for more really.

Love the sushi, Starbucks, the shopping carts for the kids are awesome. Clean and organized!

Update: tonight an awesome smiths customer service assisted me, I think his name is Nate, but either way his patience with me was on point! Seriously! The stupid app digital coupon was the worst decision Smith's could have made for their store I cannot express my frustration with digital coupons. Honestly if it wasn't for the customer service guy helping me I would have literally left my whole shopping cart when i found out everything in my cart was digital coupons and went to Walmart but because he was so helpful and patient I was so appreciative of him it's a big shout out goes to him . And it wouldn't be so bad that if I could download the app sign in using my Shoppers number but it never works it doesn't want to accept my code and it tells me that I need to call customer service I don't have time or the patience. Smiths do better.

I recently stopped shopping at a local big box competitor and instead take my business to Smith's. I love this store. I love the digital coupons you can clip, and the rewards points add up quickly. I can also say that my experience today at the pharmacy was amazing. It is a night and day difference from that "other" place. The store is clean and the attendants sanitize every cart as it comes back into the store. There is a young man at the front ( I wish I thought to look at his name) who is always chipper and super friendly. Yep. I shop Smith's several times a week and I love it.

I love shopping there. I love buying at the bakery the red velvet cake and having them put extra icing on it. They do such a great job for me. They put the icing around the outside edges and more on top. I wish I had taken a picture before I ate most of it but maybe you can see just from what I've leftover for next time. I also love the coupons that they send me.

My favorite part of shopping at the Brigham City Smith's is the staff. The store associates are always friendly and helpful. I use coupons and the associates have always been patient and kind. Top notch customer service!

We love our local Smith's! We go there and get bread and other things every day. If they are ever out of an item, it is probably due to us buying it out! They always supply us with whatever we need! The staff are all super friendly and we really appreciate all that they do!

Pretty simple Smith's. Only complaint is y'all don't have Mediterranean stuffed grape leaves at the olive and cheese bar like other Smith's.

I love the staff here. They are so friendly and helpful, I feel so welcome. I wish my memory were better, but Adam, Claudia, Lisa, Nate, Aurra, the woman with short black hair, and the woman with red hair have really outdone themselves and smiths is lucky to have them.

Great grocery store that has everything you need. They don't have much in your basic cleaning and and home product needs but they have a huge variety in food with locally sourced products and many high and low end brands. They also have a fantastic bakery, as well as a fancy cheese and sushi bar. If you are a local and sign up for thier rewards program you can get great deals and coupons as well as gas rewards. All around great place to shop.

They have almost everything you need. But I won't comment on the employees because there are a couples that thinks there better than everyone else. There sushi is good my daughter and I get it every chance we can. Lots of good food.

It’s a quality grocery store, but the real gem here is the ready made pizza from the deli section. Unique combinations, delicious taste, and inexpensive prices. Come order your pizza, go do some shopping, and in around 10 minutes it’ll be ready to go. Fantastic

I love shopping here. Every employee I've ever met is super personable and is always willing to help and have a good laugh with my husband and I. Employees are all wearing maks, carts are sanitized, and there are some good social distance practices in place. However, all of this great effort on the employees' part is undone by not enforcing mask rules on customers. Many times, my husband and I go in and we can count on one hand how many people are wearing masks, excluding ourselves. I'm not shopping here or changing my review until masks are required for the safety of employees and customers alike.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. I especially like it when I get Geri for check out. She's especially kind and cheerful.
