My family and I, as Gold members, recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf. The hotel's prime location provided convenient access to notable attractions and the vibrant atmosphere of The Wharf, enhancing our overall experience.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the rooms were well-appointed, offering a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. What truly made our stay memorable was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. As a Gold member, I felt that the staff genuinely valued my loyalty, and their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that we appreciated.

Upon entering the hotel, there wasn't a great welcome from the front desk, but the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. Check-in was very quick. A welcome letter lets you know all the near places to eat. There are so many amenities offered. There is a food court and shops right across the street. The room is a single king, city view room. Very clean and spacious. The view is spectacular.

Post Stay Update: Hello! The first day, I left my room right after checking in. Upon my return, the door was ajar. It was mistaken for a room that needed cleaning and left open by housekeeping. All of my belongings, excluding my wallet, were inside.

The sink's cold water did not come out more than a trickle. The hot water was extremely hot, and I was lit on 🔥 to wash my hands and face.

Otherwise a great stay.

This hotel was fantastic in every way! The location is perfect for access to the museums on the National Mall and the wharf - very easy walks and very accessible. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable, beautifully appointed and quiet. The only slight negative was the shower - the pressure wasn't as strong as I prefer but it was a minor issue. I can't wait to stay there again!

Zero complaints about this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious and everything worked as it should. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was great. Underground mall below the hotel with many food options. Walkable to the National Mall and many bars and restaurants. A+

This place was Amazing. So easy for an Out of Towner to access with the Metro. Walking distance to all the great monuments and sights. Hotel staff are always alert.....never missed a beat. The evening lobby crew , especially Alex, definitely made my trip a success for the week. I will be back with the family for sure!!!!

This Hilton property is very well kept and in a very convenient location. The hotel staff and engineers were all very courteous and helpful. When we arrived, we had a few issues with room amenities functions. We called for assistance and the staff came immediately, both times and resolved the issues. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice, the food was good and the service was excellent. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. On a scale from 1-10 our stay was a 10.

I recently stayed at this Hilton, and it truly exceeded expectations! The service, from valet to the staff inside, was exceptional. The common areas are immaculately maintained, and the spacious, clean rooms added to the overall comfort. A highlight was the satisfying breakfast, and having a Starbucks in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place for a fantastic hotel experience!

Very clean, very nice staff, extremely quite hotel. Great location, you can walk to everything if you desire. My only issue, the security was a little much, constantly scanning it was a little uncomfortable. I do understand because of the proximity to the White House and everything. It was a little overbearing. Other than that, I enjoyed our time.

This is an amazing hotel. The food, service, and stay was very nice. I appreciate this place so much and will be back when I'm in Washington DC. area. Thank you to the staff here for all they do!

Our stay here was very good! Withhin walking distance of the national mall, the spy museum was across the street, and good eating options also within walking distance. Room prices were very reasonable. The room was clean, and had a lot of little nice to haves. The ice machine had filtered water, the TV's have google chromecast that streamed seemlessly from my 4 year old phone. The thermostats and bathroom were modern.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is right in the middle of the wharf and national mall which is very convenient. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly and valet was efficient. Also, the metro is very close to the hotel, with only a short walk through the plaza, which is very convenient.

This is Hilton's newest hotel available for those wishing to site see in downtown DC. It is bright and clean, across the street from the new Spy Museum, and about 15-20min walk to most other museums for site seeing. There arr shops below the hotel with some casual eateries (think mall style). It is also a 10min walk from the waterfront dining. Valet parking is the only option. The site staff went above and beyond, particularly Alex. I had several issues due to trying to combine business and personal stays. He helped me to troubleshoot everything with a smile. Thank you Alex for everything. I will be back :)

A great experience. The hotel is very luxurious. The rooms are pretty modern and very well kept. Loved being able to have two king size beds. The service was excellent, and Senneca who's at the front desk was very helpful and informative during our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay.

We stayed here recently and it could not have been a more convenient location! The metro station is accessible from a staircase in the lobby so you don't even have to go outside to easily get to anywhere you need to go. Parking was $55 per day but you can access your car as frequently as you want during that time using valet. Staff was friendly, rooms and common areas were nice, and having the Starbucks in the lobby for coffee and breakfast sandwiches was great. Walking to the nearest Smithsonians only took about 10min. I highly recommend staying here - especially if you have little ones and need to pop back to the hotel during the day for naps like we did!

First thing I want to mention is that George checked us in and out. Our flight arrived very early and we made it to the hotel around 10AM. Check-in wasn’t until 4PM. He found us a room and got us in WAY early! He was so kind and I appreciated him very much.

Our room was great! We had semi-obstructed views of both the US Capitol and Washington Monument. It had two huge KING size beds. I have NEVER seen this before! The beds were comfy and was able to Chromecast my phone to the TV and watch Ahsoka on Disney+.

The shower was phenomenal. Seriously. How do I get one of those in my house?!

The only dislike was that there were NO nicer sit-down restaurants in the immediate area. Not the hotel’s problem though. Just something I would have like to take into consideration. The hotel is over the remnants of a mall at L’Enfant Plaza and had a food court. Some of it was great. And the mall/plaza connected to a Metro train stop.

The Starbucks inside was great for a quick breakfast. Their grille offered breakfast buffet, but it was rather pricey.

I had an amazing stay at this Hilton! I was there for work, but had to extend my stay due to a family emergency. The management and staff were so supportive and friendly, the service was simply outstanding!!! I frequent DC and this is my new :go to" spot. Plus the location is wonderful, loved being so close the the warf.

This is a great hotel. Beautiful outdoor pool for the summer. Excellent restaurant. George at the front desk was very accommodating. Metro train is right at the hotel (no noise). Next to the Spy Museum. Short walk to the Wharf. Many restaurants there and a CVS for essentials.

Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Good location, very clean, bright and spacious. Service was fantastic. We received wonderful service from Aleksandar. He went above and beyond.
We look forward to going back to this hotel.

When I say this is the best place to stay. It is so clean the rooms are a nice size and the price is always great..... Alex is the best he makes sure my stay is good every time I come there
