Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport West, an IHG Hotel

Is it perfect? No. Was it perfect for my needs? Well, almost — the body lotion bottle was empty and I didn’t realize there was a charge for the bus to the cruise port. The staff were polite, and I did my best to respond in kind, because heavens bless anyone who has to deal with angry and/or panicking customers 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was good and the coffee hot. Overall, a good, standard hotel stay.

We rented the room for day use for our toddler to nap before our flight home. Such a lovely place! Was clean and comfortable. Will book a longer stay next time we are in Fort Lauderdale!

Very efficient have your rez number handy for fastest results. A+ for cleanliness, I loved the fresh smell in the room. Its Right next to waffle house and Wawas so YES! They'll hold your luggage after 11am, FREE shuttle from the airport, breakfast for a small fee from 6-9 and very nice and clean lobby/sitting area. It was a very pleasant experience, 10 out of 10 I recommend 👌🏾 👍🏾...oh and the Dove products were a very nice touch and free essential items if you forgot yours like toothbrush, toothpaste etc.

Great for cruise passengers.. free airport shuttle, $13 to cruise port with transfer booked with hotel. The shuttle driver offered for a ride from port to airport post cruise too. Excellent hotel staff, slept so wonderful with earplugs and eye mask, the bed was very comfortable! Free breakfast buffet... The Wawa was right outside my window but wearing earplugs was a win win! To the other direction was a Waffle House!

We had the most amazing service from Hasina for breakfast. A beautiful young lady making sure we had everything we needed. Safe in room wouldn’t reset after several attempts. AC noisy and not functional well.

Hasina is absolutely fantastic. She made sure that the breakfast bar was clean and always had food ready. She was very very helpful and made sure the atmosphere was friendly and nice to be apart. Thank you Hasina for making our stay great!

Great experience here! Will definitely return. And the staff is impeccable 👌 especially Hasina, who cooks and prepares the morning breakfast - she was extremely kind and helpful. A wonderful stay with a few minor issues with the room.

Stayed there for one night and location was great close to the airport and next to Wawa. The rooms were impressively clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful specially Hasina. She was sweet to our kids, helpful, and thoughtful. I will be staying there again on my next travels.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good Staff taking care of the Breakfast was very helpful and willing to help where needed. For overflow parking, we parked you at the Wawa right next to the hotel but you will have to speak with the front desk first. Good location the traffic getting out can be a bit tricky. The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom.

Wu-Tang Clan , Nas, and De La Soul concert at the Hard Rock live . The hotel is in a nice location. The room was clean. The free breakfast had lots of options. The staff was friendly. I would recommend.

The rooms were very nice. The people were wonderful and we were just 10 minutes from the airport.

Booked a 2 room sweet with a pull out. Room was clean and cool when we arrived. Went to pull out the sofa bed and there were no linens or pillows, like in other places we stayed. I'm sure it was just an oversight. Called the front desk, and they wouldn't bring them up to us, we had to go get them, which I found odd.
Breakfast was the usual HIE spread.
Coffee was good. That's a bonus.

They are remodeling, so expect a little of that: some construction stuff, some doors closed, etc. It's not a big deal. Not enough parking at the hotel so we had to park next door at the WaWa which was fine. Overall, it was clean, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was great - the hostess at breakfast was the best at her job that I have ever seen. You would've thought we were at a five star hotel the way she did her job. She made us feel like VIPs. The lady at the front desk was very nice and overall, we were very pleased.

I like staying at this hotel. Always clean, good service, great breakfast. I especially thank the girl from the front desk Shessy, always smiling and knows the guests by sight.

I was there last month, traveling for work. The rooms were well maintained, I was surprised though by the coin fee and lack of a coin machine in the laundry room. Overall it was a great place to stay with friendly professional staff. Hasina is also a GREAT employee! she runs morning breakfast fantastically! She continues to go above and beyond the requirements of that job with her customer service. While the hotel and staff overall were great, she was definitely the final nail in me recommending that hotel to my boss if we have to send more employees there again.

This place is Amazing Clean and Staff is Thee Bomb! Of course I used my black flash light didn’t see anything! I am Afro American and was Treated Very Well!!

Room was great, will be back in 8 days could have stayed here longer. Pillows and bed were great. Staff was great including our airport transfer, he was fantastic.

Whole place was super clean, great location, super helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast staff was phenomenal... Will be back for sure!!!!
