25 years ago my wife and I bought our engagement ring and wedding bands from Piette’s Jewelers. To this day my wife still gets compliments on the incredible quality of the diamond. For this reason we chose to go back when my wife wanted an emerald ring. The same incredible craftsmanship and high quality stones were still there. Also still there is the warm, personal and attentive service that clearly has been passed to the next generation. It was a wonderful experience.

dropped off my ring here to be resized… from what i read online, i expected to maybe be able to see a little mark for where they cut it to resize it but nope!! it is PERFECT! and it was ready in a little over a week (though they set your expectations that it could be about 2 weeks). i highly recommend this place!

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with Ryan and designing a diamond pendant necklace for my daughter in-law. It was a graduation present for earning her Masters Degree. She worked incredibly hard and I wanted a necklace that she would be proud to wear. With his patience and guidance, we picked out just the right stone. I wanted something she could wear everyday, with anything. He nailed it! She loves it! She wears it all the time because it is so comfortable and versatile. I am so grateful for that personal touch. They have been our jeweler for three generations and counting. It is so refreshing to have a jewelry store that you can trust for your purchases both large and small. Congrats on the new location, can't wait to visit the new store.

Amazing!!! I had to have my engagement ring resized after 15yrs. I had taken it off my finger for the first time and to my surprise couldn't get it back on over my knuckle!! I was referred to Piette Jewelers by a good friend and am so happy I went. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They valued my business and treated me very well making sure I'd have the correct size and fit. It took about 10 days for my ring to be finished. When I first saw my ring I wanted to cry!! It looked beautiful and brilliant!! They redid all the rhodium on the white gold and cleaned it up to a new condition..and it fits perfectly!! It was such a pleasure to do business with them!

Had a gold necklace repaired, they told me 10-14 days. They called me 4 days later and told me it was fix. I went right down and was very impressed with the workmanship and the care they took with with my precious necklace. Great job and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Just wanna state I was just in the store to adjust a couple of my watches and get a battery for one. I noticed a charm pendant with my daughters initials that instantly came to mind for their bday which is today. Long story short I go in today to see if they had Two Letter A pendants and come to find out the store had ordered them for me the day I got my watches fixed. No charge just got them for me. I’m so happy that I’m able to give both my daughters the pendant as they share the same initials and birthday

Stopped by Piette Jewelers today for watch batteries and links added to a few watches. I was greeted in a warm and kind manner. My repairs were done in a timely fashion(20 minutes)! Everyone was so nice, but especially the young girl who completed my transaction. I’m so happy that I chose Piette for my repairs, and will certainly continue to bring my business there in the future!!

I have always been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Piette Jewelers. I had no idea what was wrong with my father's watch and I was able to reach Piette on the weekend in the evening via a chat through email. They responded immediately and were able to have me come in by appointment. They knew exactly what was wrong and quoted me an approximate price for the capacitor needed to fix the watch. Always honest and fair, I was able to get the repaired watch at a price even lower than what was quoted. This is a long-time family business in which you can truly trust!

Ross and his Dad are wonderful, so was the staff! I was searching for a medal for a friend of mine that has to travel for medical services! They helped find the perfect St. Christopher’s patron saint of safe travels! The young lady wrapped it all up perfectly!
