Victory has been a wonderful company to deal with. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism when we needed to replace our HVAC and then with all service calls after.

Buyer beware, one of the Victory trucks tried to run me off the road while jogging. The driver actually circled around and came back after me verbally assaulting me. I tried contacting the company and no one got back to me. This must be the new GEM.

Bottom line - do not use this company, or GEM either, the parent company. They will overcharge you, they will oversell you. They present themselves as trustworthy and friendly, but that's how they get away with this. They especially prey on older folks who can easily be frightened into costly, unnecessary repairs. Just as one example, they tried to sell me a standard mechanical thermostat for $499.00, something available in retail stores for $30.00 - and when I brought this insane price difference to his attention, he did not even flinch, a real pro scam artist.

Not the company I'd do business with. Every step of the process these folks have shown they are untrustworthy. They delivered and installed the wrong equipment without any excuses, equipment that according to the manufacturer costs more to operate annually. Missing the $1000 thermostat wifi unit claiming "covid" without even upfront telling me they were backordered, and those parts were on Amazon with 2 day shipping. Didn't register the warranty correctly with the manufacturer. They couldn't give me a price on the required annual maintenance when I made the appointment, then offered me a membership plan, which was one price when they offered it but they didn't send me the agreement, and when I called looking for the membership agreement they say it's a higher price even though their website shows the price they originally quoted. I've tried to get them to own up to their errors, but nothing, no call backs. It took 4 months of my calling them to get the warranty situated. My $1000 wifi thermostat still doesn't work properly and they just say they can't figure it out. I was mistaken by the very friendly and trustworthy saleaperson - I assumed the company he sold for would be just as trustworthy, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

We had been customers for over 15 years with a contract and they charged us $600 to come out on a Sunday to clean a part and relight pilot light. Cancelled our service.

Are gas furnace bro right before Christmas and he called them up because we saw they have a 24-hour emergency service and they told us because we weren't a previous customer they didn't want to help us or pick up a new customer so basically the hell with stay far far away from this company they're not worth the headache

Never showed for an appointment.
