UFC FIT Plantation

Had my 1st visit to this amazing gym today. It was super clean and inviting. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. So many work out options. Matt was amazing and so helpful. Not pushy or overbearing at all. Can't wait to take some classes. Looking forward to becoming part of the UFC fit family. I know it's a bit pricier than other gyms, but you get what you pay for. Can't wait to visit again tomorrow!

Hands down, this gym is top-notch! Impeccably clean and stocked with state-of-the-art equipment that makes every workout a breeze. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff – Donna, Matt, Darrell, David, Amir, Jolee, Tyrell, Bella, Big Nate and the rest of the crew– they're the backbone of this place and deserve all the credit. I can't sing their praises enough! I recently signed up for their recovery program and it is a game-changer. Trust me, you won't regret checking this place out!

I am from out of town visiting a friend and needed to find a gym so I wouldn't miss my workouts. I walked in and immediately felt welcome! Denise was very helpful and signed me up for a 3 day pass. I walked around the gym to get my bearings and was so impressed with the setup. I completed my workout without any issues. Looking forward to visiting on Monday.

I just moved from across the states to the area two days ago and I was looking for a new home gym to stay fit that would give me access to do all the physical activities that I love and enjoy doing with potential to learn more from the societal environment. I’ve been to martial arts gyms before but I’ve never been inside a UFC FIT gym, so I decided to give it a shot and try out their free day pass. Their staff responded promptly and the AGM, Matt, personally contacted me asap to set me up with my preferred time to take a tour of the facility. His welcome was gracious and exceptionally accommodative. He even offered me a free smoothie shake from the craft of his own hands! Matt was very patient and let me finish my workout while he went above and beyond behind the scenes in collaboration with his regional higher up to modify and improve my membership plan after my online mistake of selecting the incorrect program. No additional fees were charged, start up fees waived, and I get to reap the maximum benefits that UFC GYM offers at a premium: Internal discounted rates, my choice recovery permissions, and positive group participation instructed classes that most customers wouldn’t be able to have access to plus more. Previously, I was paying for gym memberships in combination that cost just as much if not more with an entirely lesser value. This is definitely a train different experience with a great networking environment to be in with all access to every UFC FIT Gym within the states.

First review…I have been here 1 month and I really like the friendliness of the staff, the location, vibe, clean environment. One of the managers, Matt, has been the best. He is responsive, readily available, and helpful. I really like the boxing/kickboxing professional coaches. I also recommend my personal trainer, Reginald (Reggie), with 20+ years experience. I have past injuries but I still get a tough workout with proper technique so I don’t hurt myself. In general I noticed that the trainers are really focused on their clients (not looking around). I love the recovery room, especially the cryo; muscle recovery is faster and less painful for me. On another note, I have seen reviews about the weight area being too busy but I have had good experiences with friendly members that allowed me to work in with them. It’s only been a month but this is unlike other gyms where I feel like a no named member. I feel like I found my tribe and the personal experience makes me look forward to going to the gym.

If you get a chance to go to UFC and are looking for a trainer, ask for Marina Demoraes, she’s your girl. She’ll welcome you with open arms and contagious positive energy, push you to your max, help you reach your goals and celebrate all your victories. I got the honor to be trained by Mari for the past few months, and I’m so lucky for that, she truly is out of this world, and one of a kind. Never met such a driven, powerful, kind, and beautiful human!

Danielle is hands down the best! I see her every day in the recovery room with a smile on her face. She runs the recovery program with efficiency and she is so pleasant to deal with. One day I left my headphones at home and I couldn’t believe how generous Danielle was to offer me a spare pair that she had. Just so considerate and caring. UFC management really hit it out of the park when they hired Danielle. The gym is also great, I love working out there every day. Seeing all the familiar faces! Destiny in the kids club is also a gem. We love seeing her sweet smiling face everyday. I think it really helps the children when they see the same person consistently. My experience here has been very pleasant!

Great gym with loads of good classes, equipment, and a kind and helpful staff. The manager, Donna, takes care of you with professionalism and response quickly with any problems or questions you have.

I've been attending UFC Gym Plantation for a while now, and I must say, it's truly a fantastic gym. The moment I walked in, I felt the welcoming atmosphere that makes working out here such a pleasure. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly friendly, always ready to assist and motivate. The gym environment itself is motivating and energizing, making each visit something to look forward to. It's refreshing to find a place where you feel supported in your fitness journey. Highly recommended!

Coach Kevin is an incredible teacher. He puts things in a way that make it easy to understand and prioritizes fundamentals to help you progress safely but correctly. He’s someone that you meet and you feel comfortable training with and like you’ve known him for years. As a student I feel that he is one of the best coaches you can have!

Took my first BJJ class with Coach Kevin Medina. They were very welcoming and I learned so much. I’ve taken some of the other classes which are also great. They have state of the art equipment here for weightlifting and other training. They have a recovery center that I’m excited to utilize in the next week or so when it opens.

From day 1 it’s been great! Tyler and Curtis gave me the tour and helped me to fall in love with the recovery room. Rose is my trainer - sweet but firm - she listens and is knowledgeable. She addresses all my questions and even some of my whining. Tyrell is my mixologist - always ready with my after workout protein shakes and receipts for me to try at home. Managers and directors are not too stuck up to speak with even a beginner like me. So far so good. I’m enjoying it.

Being an athlete that played several sports, and on every level, from High School, D1, to the NFL, I can honestly say, UFC Plantation is the most complete gym I have ever stepped into that is open to the public. They have the highest quality of equipment and selection that is on par with any professional franchise that I have seen. Furthermore, the structured classes, programs, and individual training protocols that they offer, covers the entire spectrum of physical fitness, wellness and recovery that any individual could possibly ask for, or need.
With all of that being said, the greatest attribute that supersedes the rest, is their Staff!!! The synergy in the air and amongst the staff members was undeniable. It was very apparent that everyone loved what they were doing, valued each other and worked as a team. I can’t wait to work with some of the other staff members, trainers, and coaches. All I can say is, if they are as knowledgeable, professional, sincere and helpful as Tyler and Cutis were, they are headed for an undefeated season! Thank you! You guys were on point!

I visited this gym for the week I was in FL and I automatically fell in love with it! The staff was amazing and the gym is amazing and spacious and had everything I needed! It definitely exceeded my expectations with the recovery space the gym provides! The cafe has good smoothies! I’m going to miss this gym when I leave back home! I loved it! Everytime I visit FL this will be the only gym I go to !

Diana welcomed me and set me up for success! Everyone brightly welcomes me daily along with other desk staff! Management has reached out, coaches, etc. and so willing to keep your health and fitness goals a top priority! The gym, bathroom, and vicinity is super clean!
I love Yoga with Daniella & Maya and Austin is amazing with Boxing! Super happy to be part of this amazing facility!

I know they got off to a rocky start but we have been going for almost a year. Tyler is the key to it all. He gives such an amazing level of service and he even gave us his cel phone to reach out to. Who does that!?
My entire family joined and even some friends. There is someting for everyone. Yoga and Pilates, strenghtraining workouts, kickboxing, even bjj!
They even have a recovery room. I am really impressed and it is a beautiful place with easy access.
Highly recommend.
