Wonderful experience with my surgery at MJH. From the start was treated with great care. Intake lady,nurses,surgeon and anesthesia crew were marvelous and kind. Shout out to the anesthesia crew, who listened to my concerns and treated me me so well ( woke up very happy). Great staff and great experience thank you all.

Hard to get phone calls to be answered, even harder to get your physician to fill out paperwork for insurance companies. I had sent paper work over November 6th didn't get it back for 2 weeks and now the additional paperwork my insurance sent over that needed filled out on December 4th hasn't been filled out. 10 days? Does it really take this long for simple paperwork to be filled out and faxed back?

Man, these people do not care at all about their patients.

I went for my first appointment for Endocrinology on August 2nd. The nurse practitioner I saw called in 2 of the 8 prescriptions I needed to Wegmans (my pharmacy). But the rest, I had to call and they called 4 more (still not all of them) to CVS (not my pharmacy).

Now. I’ve been out of insulin for 3 days and no one from the office will return my calls, including their on call doctor. CVS just let me know if an insurance issue that sounded ridiculous, but you know, at least they let me know.
