Phone answered quickly and transfer of prescription from another Walgreens took about two minutes. Pharmacy tech checked to see if item was in stock and verified insurance without being asked. Refill available same day and within 45 minutes. Given all the terrible reviews of this pharmacy - I feel compelled to say superior service that exceeded expectations.

Excellent customer service! Fixed an issue in two minutes that the Seminole Trail location blew off. I will definitely use this location in the future.

Seemed like a fairly standard Walgreens

Mediocre Pharmacy. They didn't have Moderna COVID vaccine booster and then we had to go to Costco pharmacy.

This Walgreens PHARMACY deserves to be CLOSED DOWN. Worst experience ever . Seems like only 2 persons that work the pharmacy with limited hours unheard of. There demeanor also speaks volumes. Seems they are God's gift to service this demographics. Rite-Aid did better before Walgreens took hold of it and stopping it into the ground. God Bless America and hopefully save us. Shame on these people who are working not to serve people but to serve themselves. Sad

If I could I would give this place zero star. after my doctor sent prescription to the store, I tried to call them to get a status of the order, waited in line, 3 people ahead of me. I waited more than 1 hour, still 1 people ahead of me. did they really pickup phone, how could they handle 3 phone calls in an hour and still not done. so I went to the store, lined up, when it's my turn, the lady worked behind counter, didn't even know how to find my prescription, until another lady came over and told her how to do it. finally they found it, but it was not done, that time was 2 and half hours later after my doctor sent in prescription. and she told me I need to come back 2 or 3 hours later and I will be notified by text. a easy simple prescription, they need 5 or 6 hours to do it, come one people, are you really working?? if you're, that's really not productive and not professional. I went home, waited two more hours, no text. tried to call them again, same thing, no one pickup phone call, so I asked my usual pharmacy to transfer my prescription. they tried to call them, held more than 85 minutes still no one pickup the phone. Finally I contacted my doctor's office, my doctor was able to change to my usual pharmacy Sam's Club pharmacy, in my opinion, they're just one of the best. after my doctor transferred my prescription, I called sam's pharmacy right way, the got my prescription filled in 20 minutes. I got it in 30 minutes total. just a little more drive. that's it. I would never try this pharmacy again. this kind of drug store would eventually close with people like these not really working. they have no sense of service nor want to help. stay away from it people. your time is worthy better than this.

Every single time I try to refill my prescription it takes many days. It will say in progress and then delayed because they are experiencing delays. When I call I wait on hold for 35-40 minutes. This past time they didn’t have it in stock so they told me to come back tomorrow. I decided to call first and waited on hold for 45 minutes but I have a life so I had to hang up. The next day I called twice and waited on hold 30 minutes both times with no answer. I should not have to do this every 30 days when my medicine needs to be refilled. It is unacceptable. I’m patient and understanding but every single time? When I wait in line there’s never even any phones ringing which makes me realize people are just automatically put on hold and if they happen to remember the phone, they pick up. I will be changing pharmacies soon because this is absolutely ridiculous.

I had a COVID-19 & Flu vaccine appointment that I scheduled over a week ago. I show up for it only to find paper signs everywhere in the store, saying they're not giving vaccines due to staffing issues. No appointment cancelation was sent out by Walgreens. I took time off work and drove 20 minutes to be here just to be turned away. I understand staffing issues are real, but this was terribly handled.

Might honestly be the worst Walgreens in existence. The drive through pharmacy takes on average 15-20 mins per vehicle. Inside is possibly worse. The amount of times common medications are out of stock is actually insane. They take weeks to restock them. They seem to always mess up insurance related matters. Oh try calling good luck expect to be on hold for hours.

I don’t understand why Walgreens is letting this store go so to point of unmanageable state. There are so few employees and the pharmacy is so poorly run ! I have use Walgreens for 10 plus years all over the south and the Charlottesville stores are the worst! Not friendly and almost put out that they had to wait on me ! Word is Walgreens want pay well to have better pharmacist! Such a shame !!!

One good thing is the front desk cashier who was so nice and friendly during my last visit !

An actual atrocity of an experience. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Where to even begin?! It took 2+ hours of waiting in line for a script that I had received a text confirmation was ready. The line was 3, yes 3 people in front of me when I walked in. Incompetence and rudeness at absolutely every turn. In the end they didn’t have my prescription ready (after multiple hours of waiting) and didn’t even have the full amount of meds in stock. Just as icing on the cake, the pharmacist was asking totally inappropriate questions about my choice of doctor so that other patrons could hear about my personal medical business. This was incredibly invasive and inappropriate, and demonstrated an utter lack of discretion on the part of the pharmacist. I’m actually considering filing a formal ethics complaint due to the inappropriate way in which the pharmacist behaved. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Horrible. We made advance appointments for the new vaccine the day after it became available, as we're going away and timing is urgent. Waiting on line, a woman was complaining she'd waited an hour already, and she was told she'd get her shot in 15 more minutes. When it was our turn, we were told they were no longer going by appointments and we should try coming back tomorrow. Maybe they'll have it, maybe they won't. We've now tried other stores that have the vaccine, but supply is reserved for those who made appointments! We'll never, ever go to Walgreens again.

Had a pediatrician call in an antibiotic for a very sick child. They didn't get it because unbeknown to us the pharmacist are on walkout. Didn't let us know . Never again will I use this pharmacy or drug store. Now we have to wait for another drug store to fill it. We went to
Giant.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I get when places are super busy or understaffed but I have one prescription for my dog that is late every single month. It takes them over a week to fill one simple prescription once I ask for the refill…. I tried to pick up meds a few months back for my husband after he had surgery… it took 4 trips and multiple phone calls. The worst part of it is the girl working behind the counter kept saying she didn’t work at that store. If she didn’t work there, why was she behind the counter? Hate businesses that can’t be accountable for their actions. When my prescription runs out, I will find a pharmacy that actually cares.

Awful! As a physician, I’m shocked at how bad their pharmacy service is. Whether it’s 1h and 35 minute hold times, errors in insurance, inaccurate information, etc…I’ve experience it all here! Plenty of other options around town.

I arrived on time for my flu shot. Waited in line for 30 MINUTES only to arrive at the counter and be turned away because they said my time slot expired. What?!

Another interaction, another disappointment with the Pharmacy. They did a partial fill for an RX they didn’t have enough of, and told us the remainder would be available automatically three days later. Instead, when I come to pick it up, I’m left waiting for them to fill it in-store for more than 45 minutes. They are going back and forth on some kind of system or filing error with the partial fill.

Staff are clearly overwhelmed, and have to continually give bad news to people. This location has been understaffed for at least a year now. Walgreens should be paying more to get enough employees. Not coming here again unless I have to.
