From the moment I walked through the door Justin was right there walking that entire place with me over and over again while I made decisions on how I wanted my new home to look. We laughed like we were old friends. I truly enjoyed my experience and I hope Justin is valued as an employee because he is the reason I spent so many hours looking. He made me feel comfortable to take my time with no rush or any sale pressure. Can't wait for everything to be delivered. I had a phenomenal experience

Had a great experience. Unlike other places I've been the sales associate Treyvon (not sure if I spelled it the way he does) was helpful but not pushy. He was respectful and courteous. I will definitely ask for him for future purchases. The gentleman I worked with during the payment process was very kind and respectful. Definitely a place to go where tje customer service is a solid 10.

The Staff was very attentive. Answered all of my questions. They were extremely helpful with loading my purchase. With great customer service becoming rarer and rarer in this day and time, Danville Schewels has proven it hasn't died between their walls. Thanks to the whole Danville team for such an excellent consumer experience.

The service was excellent in the store. Trayvon new what I needed and when I came into the store he showed me the bed I was looking for. The delivery was awesome. The gentleman spent less than 30 minutes putting my bed together. They were very nice. I am well please with the overall service.

Best prices and options in Danville. The real test of customer service is how well they do after the sale when an issue comes up. The chair we bought was broke, and while it took more phone calls to get someone on the phone than I like, once we got in touch with someone the matter was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Everyone has aways been very professional and good to me. Schewels is where it’s at, furniture I mean. I like shopping at Schewels Home. Trevon is my guy and always have looked out for me, I call him Boss Man. Steve is a very good person. He’s a great example and everyone else is too. I want to thank everyone so much for there help and always being nice. They go over and beyond for there customers. Pay on time and if you can’t call and talk to someone tell them your situation and they will help you with a date to come pay. I always have a Great experience at Schewels Home!

Absolutely the best customer service! Thank you JESUS! Jesus was the best sales person ever! Can't wait til my new bed arrives tomorrow and we are already relaxing in our new loveseat and couch we bought last month! :-)

I walk into the store with no ideal to uy. I was greeted with an outstanding sale person tha wouldn't that no for an answer. He was awesome I his approach and he made a great sale

I went in with a friend who has a account,a salesman met me at the door and asked me what do I need, I needed a tv stand, but I don't have a account there,he said lets go find what you looking for and we did,he wrote it up I put in my application he submitted it and I was approved . I was told that I needed 10 percent down, and this was 4days before Christmas and I had a few more things that I needed to do. I didn't want to be selfish and end my shopping I told the lady that approved me,my situation and said I'll be back, she got up and spoke with someone and told me that they don't usually do this but Merry Christmas and I got my stand right then and there.

I bought a twin bed set, and Schewels had it delivered and the men set it up. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Great quality Twin set my daughter loved it.

Went just "Looking at today's styled furniture", there was a labor day sale going on. Those Laborday 1/2 off sales would hurt your feelings..they did mine. Anyhow, I did end up purchasing a clearance priced patio love seat with table n top for not too bad a price n something that would coordinate with bringing my enclosed patio together. I secretly was hoping to find a love seat recliner n a couple single recliners or chairs but OUCH on the sales prices!! SO, that was a NO SALE!!
