Harbor Freight Tools

Went to get a shelf system and came out with a free gift because I renewed my inside track subscription, picked out the ratchet tie down straps. It is my go to supply store, for pretty much everything, solar batteries especially. Every woman should shop there.

Sme of the best prices you will find in town and some of the friendliest people work there. I always see the employees here greeting everyone with a smile, and the sales are amazing!

Nice store but need better cashiers

I am in town for work and needed to stop in for some supplies. I was blown away at how wonderful the customer service is at this location! I wish my local store back in Ohio was this attentive to their customers. Special shout-out to cashier Tina and manager Angel, who both went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Harbor Freight corporate would be wise to give these two hard-working ladies a raise to keep them around! 5 star experience!!

Great place to go with the husband and just bond...seeing his interests and letting him teach me about what he knows... they seem to have everything he needs at decent prices... employees are accessible but not overbearing.

Store was too hot to shop in enjoyably. We didn't even look around much like we normally do. I had to even leave to get some fresh air while husband paid. The air was just dead air...and for people with asthma and breathing problems this is a problem. Used to love going but not so much now.

A variety of tools and other things to shop from. In some cases you get what you pay for but in many cases the off brand items are great for the price. The employees are nice and helpful.

The staff at the Danville location was very friendly & helpful. We usually go to Lynchburg, but they were out of stock of the item we needed. I called ahead to confirm Danville had the item in stock, the woman was pleasant on the phone. When we got there she called another associate to help us find the item & he was equally as pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. Thank you!

I always love going to to this store. I have never been to this location and have a bad experience. If I'm in a hurry, they get me in and out quick. Today, The manager Julie Egan was on her way out, but stopped just to be sure i didn't need any help. She was very helpful. I also injoyed the cashier, Cody. He was very polite and have very good manners. All of the employees there make it an enjoyable visit.

They had the products I was looking for, they were even on sale. So 2 thumbs. The staff was very helpful.

Great selection of tools.

Great place to buy budget tools. Most tools I get are high quality, sometimes tools only last for one job, but most will last if they are taken care of properly. A lot of people dismiss HF has having low quality tools, I'd suggest giving them a try, especially if you're only needing one tool for a possible one time job.

Superb service. I bought two generators today, with multiple coupons including a 10% discount for setting up a HF credit card. Purchase done efficiently. Kudos to the store manager and the others than helped.

Worker's are always very nice

Ton's of variety of anything for a real man or person that loves tools,handyman work,lil shed or building to huge shop tools an equipment they have it all. Friendly staff an customer service is as well. I was asked if I needed any help finding or looking for anything an that's a big plus in retail greeting an acknowledging the customer an asking if they need help or looking for anything in particular

I got a set of 1/2" drive shallow impact sockets and the lady who was working the register let me know that they have a lifetime warranty. I have several sets of their impact sockets and no complaints about them. I bought a 120 volt dirty water pump and it has held up good also. Just watch what you buy

One of the nicest harbor freights I've been intoas far as inventory and especially with the temperature in the store being cool thanks to them actually running the air conditioning unlike some of the older stores are remembering the past where it was more like a sweatshop. Well worth the drive and would shop here again.
