Not many stores dedicated to babies only. This is one my wife found because we wanted to actually see some cribs assembled before making a purchase. We bought a crib and mattress here. Super clean. Tons of baby products. Really nice place.

Dayna, Lands, Dolph, & Dale top notch ! Dolph & Dale went above & beyond helping us select a stroller. They were able to demonstrate how to use all the products so we could select the best one. Dayna & Lands were super helpful at the front desk. Didn't get manager name, but he was really helpful too. thanks for making it so easy to setup the registry

We stopped in to look at strollers and ended up buying one because of two factors: the great sale and how incredibly helpful Dolph was! From explaining the ins and outs of the different strollers to bringing the box to the register for us, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially as first-time parents. Thanks for your spectacular assistance, Dolph!

Went there late on a weekend, and we were greeted and asked if we needed help more times than we could’ve asked for. They were having a sale and also a great gift card promo, and let us know if we spent $9 more we’d get another $50 in gift cards. Ross helped us make sure we got the 20% off our car seat, and helped me find a $10 item 5 minutes before closing to ensure the trip was worth it. A nice woman (don’t know her name) also gave us great advice on car seats and strollers, honest advice not just telling us get the best and most expensive. Much appreciated! We will likely go back for our stroller as well. Happy they’re open again, one of the only places nearby to see baby gear in person!

Dolph was amazing in explaining the process for assembling the different accessories for our vastly approaching newborn. It didn't stop there, he's warm demeanor made it easier to digest all the necessary information in assessing what's necessary and not.

In all, the store was great in service and our sales associate Dolph made the experience that much worthwhile.

Dolph was great help bringing product up to the register and then to the car. Also the associate working in the strollers and car seat area was amazing showing us how the strollers work and fold up and then what car seats go with them. Both associates were great help.

So happy to finally see a store dedicated baby supplies. They don’t exist anymore! Store was well equipped and employees who were there were helpful. Especially Dale. He was extremely patient with many customers asking questions as he was the only associate in the stroller section at the time. My mother and I spent a while talking to him & asking so many questions and he answered every single one without rushing us along. I appreciate his help so much

Had a great experience shopping for a car seat at Buy Buy Baby in Braintree. Dolph was very helpful and knowledgeable as we decided between the many options they had on display. It’s great to have a store nearby where you can see these products in person!

An awesome place to try out tons of different strollers easily. And Dolph was fantastic! He showed us all the ins and outs of each stroller. We’re expecting our first baby so really would have been lost without him!

Dolph and his fellow colleague in the stroller section were amazing today in helping us narrow down the stroller we want to buy. They were very patient and answered all our questions and demoed all strollers we were looking at to give us a good experience. This shop also has all the items needed for a baby which gave us confidence as new parents that we can rely on this shop anytime we need any help with baby products.

My husband and I went to buy buy baby looking for a stroller. Being first time parents we were completely overwhelmed by all the different options there were. Fortunately, a team member by the name of dolph gave us all the information we needed. He gave great customer service, answered every question we could think of and even gave us some stuff to think about in terms of what we might want in a stroller. He was very patient and kind, you could tell he really wanted to help, it relieved a little of the pressure of picking your first child’s stroller lol. If your in buy buy babys Braintree location. look for dolph, hopefully he still there. He was great and a big help for two newbies.
