People who work there are always very nice.

Recommend to visit! Especially if you have kids, somewhere between 9 to 19 years old.

Stopped in quickly looking for a specific sticker shape customer service was out of this world. Rose, was absolutely amazing and suggested a little art and crafting to make it work. You were just what I needed to get the wheels spinning. Thank You and again, hopefully you see this😊

Love this store!! Even though Hot Topic has a huge amount of inventory, the products are well organized. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when we've needed a size or to reach a shirt up high. So many fun gifts!

Me and my friend went there employees were super nice. He tried on a ton of pants and they were really patient and helpful. One person with white ish blue hair short hair helped us I don’t know their name but they were nice.

This Hot Topic had such nice people working there. They helped us out pick out a gift for our family and told us all the details about it too! A very welcoming place to shop in, and they still have last October's Halloween items, which other stores seemed to have removed already which is a big plus for horror fans like me.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Went in for a backpack for my daughter. They didn't have one she liked but she did find a hoodie she liked. Had a coupon that was easy to use. And they were so friendly and helpful. It started our shopping experience in the plaza on a good note.(Covid kept us away for a long time and shopping with/for a teen is never easy.) 🙂

Everything we thought it would be and more! It's geared towards younger crowds. It's basically considered a, "goth", store to me. Then again, I'm in my late 30's. But my daughter loved this store! Very trendy! Clean, sanitized store. With very nice employees.

The store covers so much material to begin with. You walk in to see a range of themes, from lgbtq pride to Harry Potter to bands. They have all types of items, too, with pins, t-shirts, makeup, and more. The workers there are kind, too, and alert you of any special deals going on. I just love this store so much💜❤

Being a collector, HT is a go to and I’ve been to many. This store is hands down the best. Met so many great HT staff over the years. Lynne and Rae make you feel like fam. I mostly go for tanks and tees and of course Pops! They take care of the sections and pops really well and are always active on IG. It’s awesome to get heads up there and they always respond to any questions! Keep up the great job over there HTstore419

I had so much fun the staff was super friendly and welcoming answered all my questions to the best of their ability and helped me find everything I was looking for. They also gave me some awesome coupons for September

Omg I know some of the workers there and they are the nicest people I ever met like omg! And don't even get me started on the clothes... THEY'RE AMAZING! The things there are a little pricey but so far so great!

Hot Topics is the place to go for the best tee shirts/ goodies, accessories, posters and much more. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist you with your shopping excursion.

Great staff. Kyle always helped and kept us up to date on all the new items coming in that we were interested in. highly recommend going to this location.
