I have been working out at planet fitness on Johnson Street for a while now. I love it there. It's clean and they have added more machines. The staff is friendly. Whenever I come to gym and Jai is at the front desk, I know that it will be a good day
She always has a smile on her face and she is very welcoming.

I had my first day at Planet Fitness recently, and I was lucky enough to be shown around by Tesia, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I walked in, Tesia made me feel completely at ease in a place that was totally new to me. She was incredibly kind, taking the time to explain each area of the gym and the equipment in detail. Her enthusiasm for fitness and her genuine care for members’ experiences shone through. Tesia answered all my questions, no matter how trivial, with patience and a smile. It’s not every day you meet someone so dedicated and warm. Her guidance made my first day less intimidating and more exciting. Thanks to Tesia, I’m looking forward to my fitness journey at Planet Fitness. She’s a real gem!

This is the best gym ever the staff are extremely helpful I was assisted by the gym associate by the name of Jai who was extremely informative on how to work the different gym equipment. Thumbs up for planet fitness for hiring such great employees.

This is a great set up of a gym Soo many machines all clean and new. Bathrooms, showers, great view of parking lot also as we do have our dog traveling with us in our van. #vanlife Thanks for the hospitality as we visited Florida.

I honestly think this gym is great and it’s not too overwhelming. Ranier is a great go-to for any assistance all throughout the gym. He’s always welcoming and guiding members throughout their workouts! Definitely recommend coming if you’re looking for a gym to start with.

This gym has been a Godsend. I always get warmly greeted when I come in and get checked in quickly. I have to give a special shout-out to Jennifer at PF. She's usually there when I go during random times, but she is always happy to help me out and gives me ideas for workouts since I'm so new to working out.

Tesla was very nice! She answered all of our questions and showed us all the equipment. :)

I have been coming to this specific planet fitness since the pandemic and I have visited others but I stayed here because of the staff. They are great always great to talk to. From Jennifer to Reiner to Tes they have always been great and they continue to give you great playful attitude when you don’t have it to continue to come and lift..wonderful place and always good to get a quick workout in because it’s not as crowded as other gyms.

I came to this location to renew my membership and it was a great experience thanks to Camelia who was professional, charismatic and very efficient! Great customer service! Kudos to the team :)

I love this location because the employees are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. This was especially true where the other night, when I lost or misplaced my Apple air pod case. I was saddened when The did not find them and after I learned that no one turned them in. But Chris, who was working the front desk assisted me in trying g to find them. Unfortunately, nothing turned up, but the next day when I returned, Chris remembered me and let me know that he found them, which made my day.

Wonderful service. I am very impress. Tesia is an excellent assistant manager. I want to thank her and the Planet Fitness for having me.

I love this gym and the people especially Jennifer she’s super nice and friendly also rainier it’s super cool guy!

Went as a guest with my husband. The lady at the front desk wished me a belated birthday, and I loved that. Everything was clean. The place has alot of treadmills!!! The 30 min workout room was awesome
They offer their customers tanning beds and massage beds. Love the huge fans and all the televisions offer different channels to watch.

This particular PF is clean and neat. The weights are always racked where they belong, and the employees are constantly dusting and cleaning behind everyone. The only thing missing at this gym is the free weight chest benches and barbells. Update: It seems like they're remodeling some of the gym, and it's every bit of noisy. I hope this doesn't last long. They've got the area taped off with caution ⚠ tape...

Old review:Staff is nice- equipment is good- kind of hot needs cooler air. The other locations have the fans on high, this one does not. What I like about other planet fitness is the water fountains have a bottle filler. This location does not. That is why they always have water on the floor because ppl are struggling. I always see the repair guys at the water fountain but it does not have a leak. It’s just ppl struggling to fill the water bottles lol. Over all I do love this location. I will immediately update this review when the air and water fountain issue is situated.

Absolutely love the employees and the environment in this gym. Very clean and peaceful. It’s a must go!!

Super clean gym. I had an amazing sign up with Celine. She took her time to explain all the benefits of each membership and was more than happy to help me with Shay questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend!!

Workers are awesome, very helpful , not judgmental when you don’t know how to work a machine , and the atmosphere is always wonderful

Tesia & Camelia are the absolute best !!! Such a pleasure walking in and seeing them, The gym is always so clean EVERYTIME... 1000/10
