First time here. They are very efficient. The staff is Friendly and Professional. There is a lot of paperwork to fill out so get there 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. Dr. Shamir and his Staff are Excellent and will answer any questions you may have. They are on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. Their courtyard is Beautiful.

I appreciate the way doc can both communicate with me effectively and make sure I am making the best decision for my family while entertaining my twin boys. Also my child LOVES nurse Maria and always specially requests her lol. So much professionalism and personalism, really such a gem in the medical field; especially pediatric. Plus I love the whole building and courtyard.

Dr. Shamir is exceedingly professional, humble, and kind. He never rushes his patients. He gives me his undivided attention and I know I am in the best of hands. His office staff and assistants are friendly and helpful. The Emerald Hills office is a 5-star +++ experience. He is the best!

In a time where going to the doctor is frustrating and impersonal, it's nice to see that places like this still exist. Dr shamir and staff really care about their patients and the office is run very well with an emphasis on patient satisfaction. I giving 5 stars because it was a Great customer service, staff is friendly and caring. The office manager Cathy such a nice person she helped me with my bill and directed me step by step what i need to do next . Dr.Shamir was great answered all my questions, suggested allergies shots advised me that my breathing is good. Very positive environment, not like weston location where the dr literally told me if I don't take my med I would die, every time I went they do the breathing test even though I was just a follow up, I would never go back there.

This was my first appointment at the Hollywood office for my 6 year old son. The office staff and the doctors were AMAZING. I truly appreciate how accommodating they were. They took such great care of my son. It was definitely a pleasant experience!! Thank you!!!
