Publix Super Market at Paradise Promenade

Publix always provides the best products and customer service. I had an issue with items that were on the app as bogo but didn't include the exclusions of the printed ad. The supervisor gave me the items at bogo price and included the digital members coupon. P.S. I wasn't behaving like a Karen.

All Publix are not the same. But they're all pretty good & they have what you need, some more than others. This one in particular is very good and have found more selections than other markets

I live 14 miles away from here which means at least 8 publux stores between here and home but travel to this one because of the pharmacy staff who have always been the nicest most helpful both on the phone and in person. My wife and I have been pestering these folks for 30 years, LOL

Overall nice place the people who work here are very attentive always a smile on your face. This specific one is really nice I really hate that the prices have been going higher and higher especially here which is a local Davey place.

I like this location and shopping at Publix in general. I've been able to find some products which are difficult to find in some of the other locations. It's been a pleasure shopping there

Another fine example of what grocery shopping should be. Polite attentive employees who are eager to help are easy to find. The aisles are clean organized and wide open, products stocked with care and prices easily visible. The parking lot was clean and cool from the beautiful trees. The bathrooms immaculate. The prices on the deals the best you can get and overall I left feeling proud to have spent my funds in such a wonderful place. Thank you to all the hard workers that made it possible!

Some of the most friendliest staff I have encountered at a Publix recently. This was a vast change from my neighborhood store. They ask if you find everything, willing to help you search, quick checkout; they just need to revamp and have self checkout lanes. Otherwise the store was clean and tidy and appeared well stocked.

My friendly neighborhood Publix! I've been coming here since it was built. It's not the biggest nor the smallest Publix in town, but it has everything you're looking for. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. With the new Publix Instacart app, I can order ahead and pickup or even get it delivered! Making shopping with Publix even more of a pleasure!

Fully stocked, consistently fresh produce and all reasonably priced.

Andrew is a rockstar! I had a cake mishap with the cake I picked up from Publix, and was so stressed because I needed something for the next day. I called and spoke with Andrew and he told me to come in and he would take care of it. That is exactly what he did. I was able to pick up another cake, and the workers who checked me out, were absolutely lovely! Excellent location! I drive farther from the closest Publix to me, to shop here. 5 stars! Thank you, Andrew!

We had grinders (Subs) from the deli, a very nice young lady with very long eyelashes. ( I should have got her name for the review)
She made the best sandwiches we've had in a long time ....
