Lowes Foods

Such a fun experience for a grocery store. A friend visiting Mt. Airy from New York, wanted some local beer to take back to his brothers for Christmas gifts. Lowes has a great selection and a bar where we had a couple of beers while we reflected on our remodeling work we had just completed. What a pleasant experience… and at a grocery store.l!

Very nice store. The areas around the produce and the deli/bakery were well decorated
The people there were friendly and helpful. Restroom was clean and stocked.

We visited for the first time ever a Lowes food store and it was in Mt Arey NC.
The customer service was without a doubt above and beyond. The fall decor was the first eye catching welcome! Isles were clearly marked and items easy to find. We ended up getting on of their Lowes value cards and will shop at our local store now too!

Problems using coupons or adjusting items and being helpful. Always an enjoyable shopping experience.

I really love lowes. All my cakes I buy from lowes even my wedding cake. I got married in September 2022 and they done my cake. My family loved it!! Thanks again Lowe’s Food for always making me happy.

Rarely use another store for groceries. Check out the Beer Den and try free samples of craft beers and wines. Great selection of local breweries and vineyards. But many national brands as well. You can also grab a bite to eat with your stout or IPA from the deli next to the Beer Den. Hot items available. Thursday nights are $2 pints!

Update: just attended a tap takeover by midsummer brewing company. A local brewer in Westfield NC. WOW! Craft beer lovers keep an eye out on this upstart that has been years in the making. They will be selling there beer at Lowe’s which is famous for local suppliers.

My favorite grocery store its always clean neat lots of good meats and a variety of snacks you can't get anywhere else.

This place is always our first stop when we visit Mount Airy. Their bakery is my favorite. This pineapple upside down cakes are unmatched. I love their wide variety of cheeses as well. I was in awe the first time I walked in and remain that way.

Not impressed. Prices seemed a little on the high side to me. Sale prices made it a little more competitive, but other than that, I think I will go elsewhere.
The staff was friendly and nice and the store was clean.

I've come here several times, there is nothing about any of the experiences that I would describe as less than wonderful. It's the best stocked Lowes I've ever seen, great staff, clean. Even has the best selection of beer I've seen in town, as someone who would never bother with cheap beer this was a great find.

Lowes seems to have a little better selection than other grocery stores. They have a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables already cut up and ready to use. We like that because it saves a lot of prep time. I wish there was a Lowes foods closer to home

Just grabbed a flower arrangement for a friend's birthday, it was hard to choose, many beautiful options. This store has soo much, great variety on foods and alcohol beverages. Great wine selection and prices!

Always clean and stocked! Staff is great! Just wish prices across the board were lower but that's everywhere now.

The store is very clean.
Personnel friendly. One staff without her mask on her face ( around neck) but she did put it up when she asked if a customer needed assistance in the deli. One personnel in bakery had mask below her nose for a little bit and then put it up.
Produce fresh. Meat fresh. Good variety.
Good sales today.
I enjoy shopping here.
