Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The guys working in the store had my online order ready very quick. When I arrived to pick it up, they were extremely courteous & helpful. My customer experience was great.

The best paint shopping experience in the NRV. I've tried both big box stores and the Ace Hardware. This was the only place that was really all about paint, where the customer service was several notches above the rest. The layout was excellent. The staff were super helpful and even told me when sales were coming up so I could get the best price when I bought our paint. I'm a total SW convert

Painting the office turned into a catastrophe, and the staff at this location went out of their way to help us along in the process. They helped us with paint and tool selection, and also products and tools to remove the primer I spilled all over the carpet. Everyone is always patient, kind, and helpful.

Always on point and ready to help. Dealt with these guys for years noisy of what I needed was special order and its always on time. Sales are good but prices are normally fair day to day. Hide and seek is difficult but acceptable in their store just don't expect a challenge its small and very open. Employee restroom has worked for me in the past.

Clinton and the staff at this store are AMAZING! We were in and out in no time with all the supplies and paint we needed for our home painting project. Even though they were very busy when we walked in, Clinton took time to help us select the best tools and paint colors/finishes without making us feel rushed. Highly recommend!

The folks at this SW store were the most professional I've ever worked with. They were able to match paint - perfectly; give great advise, and all with a smile and great attitude. They will be my "go-to" store for all my painting needs.

We hired one of their stain guys, Mateo, and he was terrific. He did a wonderful job staining and sealing our very-expensive new wood entry door. It was a relief to have it work out so well.

Very friendly staff that are willing to help you out whenever you need it. The paint is a little bit pricey compared to big box stores like Walmart, but they have good color selection and good advice when picking.

Very helpful and decent prices, would go back again. They keep about anything you would need in stock to paint or refinish a room and the store staff is knowledgeable, way more helpful than the big box stores.

Best product and great service. Wouldn't use or trust anyone else. Knowing my customers will be pleased is comfort enough for me to use Sherwin-williams til I die.... Or stop painting.

The people at Sherwin Williams in christiansburg are the best at what they do super nice and super smart if you have any question about painting these are the people you need to go see Clinton or Coty will put you on the right track
