Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill

This was an absolutely AMAZING experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly (especially to the first-time guests). The rooms are spacious, orderly, and clean. Right in the heart of DC, so you are quite close to nightlife, scenic and tourist attractions, and eateries.

I didn't get to stay long, so I didn't visit the gym, but this hotel is not without amenities!! It has a very relaxing lounge with a bar and restaurant. It even has a private soundproof cubicle to conduct business. Right by the check-in desk, you will find a full shopette with a nice wine selection, snacks, and beverages.

As always, I recommend this establishment for family, couples, and groups!! Well experienced staff can satisfy most needs and you will leave rested from a well cared for room. Enjoy your stay!!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights for a conference. I received a warm welcome from Mary S. She assisted me with my check-ins and informed me about the hotel amenities, and superb customer service!
The Breakfast Buffet is worth your buck because of the variety of foods to choose from it's hot and fresh. Roberto one of the servers took care of me, making sure my cup of coffee was always full and always asked if I needed something. I was energetic caffeine caffeine-loaded that day. Thanks, Roberto.

Great service from the valet, front desk, and housekeeping. Only negative - dinner menu is lacking variety and waitstaff was limited with the hotel near capacity. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. My family and I stayed here two days on a family trip of 14 people. Room was always restocked with towels, and the breakfast is great. Stayed her because it was a walking distance to the Amtrak train station, restaurants, and bus terminals. As a group of 14 we needed it to be a walking distance from bus transportation. The staff was friendly and had no problems.

The room was clean and the hotel was clean, that’s always my number one priority. We were welcomed immediately and helped with our bags. We needed two rooms next to each other and the people working the front desk promptly answered phone calls and arranged for our rooms to be side by side. The location felt safe and we were in walking distance to everything without being directly downtown.

We could see the capital dome from the hotel! Excellent location! The bartenders were amazing!!! The room was large and cozy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Great stay!

The hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting Washington.

I had the pleasure of staying at the exceptionally clean and impressive Hilton Hotel. Right from my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the General Manager. The fact that I received an upgrade to a suite only made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location, very close to the Capitol, is truly unbeatable, and the area is extremely peaceful. The service was outstanding and added to the overall pleasantness of my stay. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

My only gripes about this place were that our room smelled of pool water at first (went away later on). Their breakfast was super expensive around $26 a person. They were doing a bit of remodeling when we were there and you see it right as you go in.
Great things about this hotel were that if you pay for their parking they have valet that will park your car for you and bring it back up to the hotel at a moments notice whenever you need it. That you can leave your car there til 5pm on the day you checkout (11am). The rooms are nice and bathroom in your room is very spacious and updated with huge shower head and double sliding glass doors. Bed was very comfortable with 2 pillows for each side. Tv in your room seems to be about 50". The staff are very friendly and super helpful even knowing about local attractions and different ways to get there.
All in all I would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Only negative for me was location. The area surrounding it could be a little sketchy the later it got at night. I was of course there on a holiday weekend so it was quiet, but it is 1-2 blocks to the Union Station Metro and the bus circulator to the National Mall

Was there for a conference and the staff was really accommodating to our big group. The rooms were very spacious, clean and nice.

Very professional and friendly staff! Perfect location for business and pleasure trips. Very convenient as there's a lot within walking distance.
The room was a little dated but still modern and inviting with good furnishings.
Would stay here again.

Stayed there for three nights some years ago with my family while vacation. Big and clean rooms. Perfectly located near Union Station and great starting point for sightseeing trips. Staff was most of the time friendly.

I had a meeting near Amtrak train station and this location is right around the corner. They are remodeling whoever the overall experience was still maintained. Their restaurant for breakfast was really good. If you're needing to stay near the Capitol or that general area I recommend.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was great. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Stayed at this property back in December, you’re close to a lot and if not it’s a short 10ish or so minute walk to Union Station which connects you to almost anywhere you want to go in the area. Clean, spacious rooms; wonderful staff. They let me do an early check-in and like early like 10am which I desperately needed to rest after long travel. Very nice and accommodating to any request that I had. Will stay at this property when I return to DC.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very nice as well. The rooms were well kept and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The grounds were up-kept appropriately. The room had an extra blanket. But there were not enough towels and wash clothes. We did call down to get more and they staff did bring them up to our room. Overall I would definitely come back as the location was great and the hotel was overall very beautiful.
