We did a lot of research trying to find the right Real Estate Agent as my past experience was negative, in addition, we do not reside in South Florida. Elvin came highly recommended from a very good friend and I must say he's truly amazing. Elvin spent many hours answering our questions and provided objective data regarding how many homes in our area were on the market, how long they their listings typically stayed on the market and provided comps in the area.
We had to replace over 20 plus boards from our fence, we drove down to South Florida with the intent to replace the boards. Elvin offered to go to Home Depot and purchase the boards for us and deliver it to our home as his vehicle was better equipped to deliver the boards and he did. Our intent was to replace the boards the next morning, Elvin offered to stop by the property and help us, by the time we got to the home that morning, Elvin had already completed the job. We were truly amazed and thankful.
His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home paid off, our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our home went on contract within 3 days of being vacant and we closed in a little over 30 days. The best part about working with Elvin was that he is more focused on answering our questions, being responsive, answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated, I now consider Elvin our friend and would highly recommend him to anyone searching to buy or sell a home. What can I say! This has been such an emotional journey from the beginning. Our previous lender was unable to get us approved for a mortgage even though we had a pre-approval lender. Then this is where Elvin stepped in, even though he is just considered a Realtor, he took the extra step in helping us get approved. Elvin referred us to an excellent loan officer and an excellent closing agent. He was Knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. He kept us regularly informed and was always readily available to answer all of our questions. Elvin is family oriented and made sure that our family was priority throughout this process. Long story short, he made it possible for us to be able to purchase our first home, and for that we will be forever grateful.

Elvin Villalobos....my Realtor superhero!!! I would like to start with a HUGE thank you on behalf of my wife, kids and myself for making our dream come true. Funny part was that he wasn't even my realtor (as I was the buyer) but the seller's realtor, and yet was the only one that really cared enough to go that extra mile to help me on a personal issue get resolved to be able to get final approval from my VA home loan to be able to close on my new home! I can personally say that if it wasn't because of him, I wouldn't have been living on my new home right now.
