Found them through an add so I thought I’d give them a try. Sounded great at first but they were awful. Not helpful at all and ended up doing all the legwork myself finding myself a better deal, and then when I found the better deal I tried to get a hold of my “ travel agent, “ and I couldn’t get ahold of her had to get help from another one, she was rude, and seemed irritated because she had to do her job and call carnival to get the price adjusted. Just a complete headache. Ended up just transferring my second cruise back to carnival so I can just make any adjustments I need myself.

I have had several dealings with this company. All poor quality. My first adventure with them turned out to be a nightmare and I reviewed it accordingly. I then received a mysterious phone call from one of their supervisors and asked if I would please change my review, she appologized and promised things would be better. "BS" In my opinion I will NEVER EVER do business with these people again. Today contacted them to find the status of a cancellation request I made months ago for 2 bookings on MSC. They replied that it was in process...I spoke to MSC and THEY tell me that one of the cancellations was initiated just today!!! It is just my opinion, but this operation is not one that I will deal with again......

Such a scam was called some language by there sales manager. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Beware, stay away, first, they are wonderful, then they do not answer your phone calls. The rate that was given was not the same as the final invoice.

Similar to the previous reviewer (Todd), my parents were promised $400 of OBC for their Disney cruise. Once they arrived on the ship, they only had a $200 credit applied to their account; despite having an email for Carrie Volpe confirming the $400 OBC. Since the cruise in June, we have not had any success in having this rectified. This is a pretty clear cut case.
