Wow, just thank you for the unforgettable moments you have prepared for my family and me. I had contacted Amanda and Lauren via Instagram for a Europe trip with my whole family, in total we were at 7. First there was a phone call where we were given a great feeling directly, where both responded to us very intensively and their questions exactly how we wanted for this dream vacation. Even on vacation directly, both were always available to us, which we have never experienced with any travel Advisor. My initial encounter with SYNT (Amanda) I had NO idea where to travel to for our honeymoon. Amanda asked very detailed questions based on our interests, ideas, and most importantly our budget. A very short amount of time later I received great recommendations on where the heck to go! Iceland became our desired destination and now came time to work on the budget, activities to do while there, and the overall organization of the whole trip. Needless to say, I don't know how I ever planned a trip without SYNT!! Our budget was kept on track and were were able to do everything we wanted AND more with their expertise. Lauren had excellent dining recommendations and even booked dinner reservations for us. The app/itinerary provided was extremely detailed helping to keep your days and activities organized (because, honestly, who keeps track of the days when on vacation?). Due to weather, some of our activities had to be rescheduled to other days/times but Amanda was ON TOP OF IT immediately (even at 4am!!) SYNT's communication, honesty, expertise, PATIENCE (I was a pain in the butt at times LOL), and organization is top tier. We had the BEST honeymoon ever thanks to them! Highly recommend!!

I'm so glad we used SYNT our trip to Hawaii. I usually just google and yelp to plan our vacations but we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and I wanted it to be extra special. See you next trip was a game changer. We both agreed it was the best vacation ever! We snorkeled a reef I didn't even know existed, went on "secret hike" through the bamboo forest, that apparently only the locals know about, and ended up making life long friends at an intimate mountain top farm dinner over looking the ocean.
