The Copper Mine Restaurant

We were skiing and got a bogo deal for breakfast. I was very surprised how reasonable the breakfast prices are. I expected resort prices. The food was great, large portions, and the service was fantastic. But, we were there on a very slow day so the staff was not overworked.

The quality of the food for being on the top of a mountain was incredible. I spilled my Negroni (which was also very good) and was immediately brought a new one. The staff and the food was fantastic. Amit, our server, was on top of everything and was extremely attentive. He was so nice and worked very hard. We would definitely recommend!

Redemption! This is my follow-up to my first review that expressed my concerns.
My wife had the quinoa salad with chicken and it was spectacular. I had the special pork tenderloin which was perfect. Our server , amit, was excellent and jasmine, the manager, was very personable and helpful beyond the call of duty. Can't be more pleased with the entire experience .

This place was incredible! The food is amazing, each dish was so fresh and the presentation was BEAUTIFUL! We dined with our family of 4 (mom dad & 2 kids) and there were no complaints at all! I would return again & again! Gluten free could eat here, low carb and even vegetarian! Happy family! 😊

Had Dinner and then Breakfast the next morning. Service was impeccable and the food was just as great. We will definitely be back, and it's nice to have a nice restaurant on the slopes.

Very good. Our large party ordered every entree on the menu. The filet mignon was lacking, but highly recommend the salmon, crab cakes, and pork chop. Much, much better than Applebee's.

The view, service and food was great. The decor is stuck in the early 90s but this is a resort
