These guys were efficient, responsive and they made the repair quickly. The price was generally reasonable (nobody likes to pay a lot of money but it's AC in South Florida). The technician was professional, communicated the problem and the solution well and he kept me informed of my options as he went.

Ivan called 40 minutes before he showed up. He was friendly, informative, and empathetic. He seemed to keep my budget in mind when discussing the estimate and explained the process perfectly. I've been doing business with AA for years. They are a great group!

Long time customer of Air America and our experience for the most part has always been very good. Our service call yesterday with Floyd (JR) was exceptional. The service call was outstanding. JR did a very thorough check of our AC. When he was finished he sat down and went through the whole review of what he did along with pictures of all components. I have had numerous techs from Air America at the house but Floyd was simply the best. Thanks JR for an excellent job.

Technician Jerry Perry came today to install a new coil and UV light, and was very courteous and professional. Although it took a long time, it seems he really knew what he was doing and he took the time to explain what was being done. So 5 stars for the technician.

However, I do have a complaint (unrelated to the service provided by the technician) because it took 2 weeks for the company to be able to get the part needed to fix my unit, and during that time my unit was not working. I had to make multiple follow up calls to get a status and get them to escalate the issue and expedite the process. It seems there’s some kind of issue with not having inventory ready when needed.

Hopefully, this review is useful for the company to improve the customer service.

We had a great experience with Air America specifically with DJ (David Gordon) who was the plumber that installed our soft water filtration system. He delivered 5 star service his craftsmanship was excellent, he returned calls and texts quickly. we would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I called formerly Air America now Synder about a problem I had shortly after my bi-annual A/C checkup. It was a ticking noise. I have had the same technician JR Addison since I bought my A/C in 2013. I request him continually and will wait for availability. He is a true professional not a salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, polite and friendly, I have had very few problems (3) with my A/C. I call and receive prompt service. The problem was an additional unused wire that was vibrating against the blower fan. The group of extra wires were secured and repair completed at no charge. Service continues to be five stars. I rarely ever give this rating and will continue to do so for this technician and company. I have heard excellent reviews on the new company Synder
and so far very pleased. I do have the maintenance plan and it is a great value.

They gave the best quote from all the companies we saw and I wasn’t Disappointed in their service either. The plumbing installation for my commercial ice maker went great.

We are getting ready to sell our house and decided to finally get a new sink installed and have some hose bibs replaced that had broken over the years…it was a last minute decision, but I reached out to Plumbing Troopers on Thursday at 4:45pm and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day between 12-2!!! Amazing!! Jacob and Eric arrived on time and immediately got to work explaining what they found and the work that needed to be done. By the end of the day, we have a beautiful fresh new sink, our main into the house repaired and new hose bibs installed! I can not say enough how great Jacob and Eric were!!! Super courteous and professional! Very clean! Very knowledgeable! After dealing with a few not so great contractors recently, it was so refreshing to have such a great experience!! Today Rickey the tech came to my home for my 6 month maintenance checkup, as part of my service contract. He arrived early.. introduced himself and went right to work inspecting the AC unit
. He performed all tests and cleaning. He was informative and explained the new features and services of the company
. What a pleasure to have Rickey as my tech. Air American should be happy to have him.

Anthony Madera the tech came to my home as part of my routine service contract. He arrived on time. He was courteous introduced himself and went right to work. He was able to locate a potential problem and quickly fixed it so I would have uninterrupted service with my air conditioning unit. I'm very pleased with Anthony. He is a valued employee and speaks to the professionalism and quality of air America. Keep up the good work.

Steve from Air America responded quickly to my call for service. Once he arrived he trouble shot my ac system and quickly found a blown fuse. Changed them fast and then checked my entire system to make sure all was functioning correctly. What a terrific guy he is. He was friendly and very good at his job. Thanks very much!!

I am currently having an excellent experience with Plumbing Troopers! First, the representative I spoke with when I initially called was very polite and professional. She walked me through the next steps explaining who would contact me next. The scheduler contacted me and set up my appointment he was very pleasant and professional. I was contacted promptly when the schedule had to be rearranged. My Technician Joe was awesome! He arrived early, he was extremely professional and polite. He he made his analysis and explained the issue with my water heater. I appreciated the fact that he listened to me and and answered my many questions. I would rate my experience thus far as an excellent one. Just all around great service.
