I had a fantastic experience with A Acorn Lock & Safe, Inc. I needed help removing the cylinder from the rear case of my BMW GS1250 motorcycle, so I went to their location and they assisted me quickly and efficiently.

From the first contact, their customer service was excellent. They provided me with all the information I needed and offered a very reasonable price for the service. Additionally, the technician who performed the work was very professional and knowledgeable.

We are a small business in Weston, FL. After speaking with a few locksmiths re: our project, I had a good feeling that Mark and his team would get us what we needed, with no time wasted. Mark installed an electric strike access system on our front door so that we can control the traffic entering our office. He delivered on our request and we liked his recommendation of the wireless hand remotes for the receptionist. A job well done.

I have used Mark and his team several times and I get great service every time! I highly recommend Acorns for both residential and commercial applications. On their most recent visit I had them out to fix a lock on a new house we recently bought. Turns out the lock didn’t need fixing or replacing. It was just a special hurricane lock that I didn’t know how to use. His tech Louis quickly troubleshooted and knew right away that everything was fine with the lock. I am not one to leave reviews, but I am doing so as I’m very happy with their work and highly recommend this company. They installed a smart lock and handle for me but my situation was a little complicated as my door has an extra wood layer and had to be carved in the shape of the lock. I was turned by other companies as they were not able to do it. Mark was the one who helped me and was very prompt. He did an amazing job.

Came on time and did work like a true professional. Mark is very experienced in his work and even without proper instructions he was manage me install mortise lock in my door which was originally predrilled for cylinder style lock. They took their time and move very cautiously as not to damage the door . The end results are flawless couldn’t be more happier that I find this company to take care of my problem. Mark work ethics fantastic, conscious reasonable and available at the last minute would use over and over. I have recommended to others as well. I am a pet sitter and owners were out of the country and a door would not open. He met me at the house, redid the door lock, fixed so door hung better and got me in to take care of the kitties the same day a couple hours later. A true blessing.
