New Era Roofing Concepts was wonderful to work with. I had a few companies come out and give me a quote. I was about to sign with one of them when I came across New Era. I asked them to come out. Felix came and gave me a very competitive quote. New Era offered a slightly better warranty than the other company I was going to sign with, so I went with New Era.

They kept me informed throughout the process, assisted with paperwork/permits and everything went smoothly. They even ensured my paperwork was correct when filing for reimbursement with the State. Additionally, they were very flexible with me and our timing as we went out of town for vacation.

The crew took care to cover our pool, landscaping, flooring (while replacing the skylight), driveway, etc and cleaned up afterwards. The roof looks beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire them. Everything about my experience with New Era was great. Eber came out at the exact time he promised and was always responsive. The workers came out on time as well and did not quit until the problem area was completely fixed. Everyone who worked on the roof took pictures of each step in the process. This was the 3rd company that came out and finally I had success thanks to New Era!

I’m a relatively new home owner and was nervous about making the right decisions for my old home. Having a leak meant I was under pressure of making a quick decision. Eber was the most responsive of all the contractors I spoke with. He came to the house almost immediately. Not only did he tell me what needed to be done, he educated me on how to care for the exterior of my home going forward. He emailed an estimate over within a few hours and was very fair. The work was started in less than 48 hours and completed with in 72 hours of meeting him. The workers he sent were polite and also communicated very well. If you have a roofing issue, this is your guy. He really made it so easy and decreased anxiety.

New Era Roofing is a pleasure to do business with. Our 26 year old roof we preferred repairing than replacing at this point in time was skillfully rehabed to extend its life and satisfy that objective. When the time comes a complete replacement is required, we won’t hesitate to engage New Era for the job.

EBER, From the initial meeting with giving me quote for the repair of my leaking roof, and offered me to clean out the gutters and other odd jobs he see fit. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable in his field.
Fast forward, repair crew "KIKO" very professional and polite, even took his shoes off (very impressed didn't have to ask) and did what was promised and requested other job (taking off satellite dish) and patched up the holes which they did not charge me extra.
I will use them again when time comes to replace my entire roofing system in the near future. Thank you for keeping your promise and doing a great job, very honest and professional.

I had a few companies come out and give me quotes to replace our existing barrel tile roof with a new flat tile roof, as we were dropped from our homeowner's insurance company and had limited selection when shopping around. Eber gave me a very competitive quote and even took the time to go into detail why his quote was a little higher. It was higher because of the extra layers of protection. In addition it was a much longer warranty compared to others. He even coordinated to have our gutters replaced, after replacing rotted facia, but to save us money saved & reused the downspouts.

Eber and the demo crew took care to cover our landscaping, walkway, driveway, air conditioner, etc and cleaned up afterwards. The demo took less than one day. On that same day the plywood was inspected and new water repellent put on. Eber and/or Felix were always onsite to insure everything was being done properly. The roof was completed and looks gorgeous. After 2 months there has been no roof leaks. I have referred them to friends and neighbors who are looking for roof repairs or replacement.

Communication was great and my many questions were responded to patiently. Estimate was well explained and adhered to and workers were friendly and respectful. The job was done well and we would highly recommend to anyone in need of roofing.

I don't usually write reviews but honestly I selected New Era Roofing based on their high reviews and they certainly delivered in every aspect of the process. Customer service is awesome starting with Emanuel who is the company rep who kept me informed throughout the entire process, responded efficiently and quickly with responses to any concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. The entire crew is amazing including their team leaders, Felix and ebber, who were very professional and responsive. They paid a lot of attention to all the details. The roof crew who worked on the removal and installation process was very quick and efficient and left everything clean before leaving. One of the biggest examples of how much they care and pay attention to the smallest details was that after the crew left the owner’s mother came to the house and walked around every inch of the property to clean any debris that may have been left unnoticed by the crew.
Finally, thank you New Era. The roof turned out magnificent.

It is my third time hiring Eber for different roofing projects, and cannot recommend him enough! It is always a pleasure to work with his company. New Era Roofing Concepts. Eber came to our house the same day I called and he professionally measured our roof and then went to his truck and wrote us an estimate right away. His company offered the best warranty, the best options for shingles and the most pieces of plywood as well as facia board. This all happened during this pandemic and they still came and got the job done in just a few days. They did a beautiful job and when the inspector came to inspect he said it was the best shingle work he had ever seen. The inspector said he would give the work an A+. Something that any homeowner wants to hear. We were very happy with the work and would definitely use them again if our next house needs a new roof. I had a wonderful experience with New Era, while work through a devastating situation. Prior to learning about New Era, I hired another company to do a routine roofing replacement on my home, which turned into a total replacement of my roofing truss system due to pre-existing damage. When the initial contractor discovered this line of work was out of his capacity, he called Eber from New Era, and Eber was at my house within an hour to do a damage assessment.

That night Eber met me at home with a plan, an estimate, recommendations and a timeline. We spoke for about 30 minutes and Eber said he would send me an estimate for the work. Within a day I had a clear, concise and professional estimate through a program providing easy digital signing.

After that the project rolled on while Eber swiftly navigated my requests and any hiccups along the way. The project was completed at a skill level beyond my expectation, respectfully and probably most miraculously, ahead of schedule.

Eber was extremely responsive by phone and email throughout the entire process and acted as the singular contact point for his crews. Eber recognized the significant rise in cost from what I was initially expecting and accommodated any adjustments and financial considerations throughout. I never felt negatively pressured in making decisions, just informed.

I felt New Era was very fair in their pricing for what you get and I would recommend them to anyone getting any degree of roofing work completed. Their payment plan was fair and incremented throughout.

We got a repair done at my
House and it went great. They came in started work took a lot of pictures and proved their work. They did exactly what they said they would. I will be calling for a new roof replacement.
