Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

today we ate at Olive Garden. We both ate their soup and salad and breadsticks lunch around 2 PM. The bill came in less than $25 for the both of us total. We both had pasta Fagioli soup three times and one salad total. We brought our own water. I asked for extra napkins and balsamic vinegar, and they added olive oil too. easy to read, point-of-sale computer at the table. I should’ve told the waiter I would try to complete it myself first. Our waiter forgot his tip trying to help us out pay for it so I left four dollars on the table. Nice, clean and quiet space. I found the floors need more mopping, though a bit sticky in places, especially towards the entrance. The basalmic vinegar and the olive oil helped with making the salad taste better, because it was sort of dry and not much seasoning flavor on it.

It sounds like you had a frustrating dining experience. The issue with the beer selection and the multiple trips your server had to make must have been irritating from the start. It's disappointing when the service declines as the restaurant gets busier, and it's understandable that you felt neglected as more tables filled up. Having to wait for your soup while your entree arrived is definitely not ideal, especially if the main dish didn't meet your expectations. It's good that your server offered to replace your dish, but it's understandable if you didn't want to wait longer or incur additional charges. And hearing apologies from the server to other tables suggests that there were indeed issues with staffing or handling the crowd.

It's unfortunate that your experience was marred by slow service and disappointing food, especially considering the prices. Hopefully, the restaurant can address these issues to improve the dining experience for future patrons.

Ther was no one at the door when we walked in. We waited for a few minutes, then my lunch companion saw the waitress he likes. We asked another waitress where her section was she said to sit anyewhere that she'll send her over. Our waitress greeted the table with the biscuits they are known for, they are always delicious. She remebered my companions order, including the drink. Sice I wasn't ready she gave me a few while she grabbed our drinks. We both ordered the lunch Shrimp Scampi and upgraded to have a salad. She served us our salads, shortly afterwards she brought our scampis over. Always asking us if we needed anything else before leaving. Our server was neatly dressed, very personable, and knowledgeable. I was having a hard time deciding, she gave me all the info I needed on my 2 choices. They have a large menu, happy hour at th bar. Restaurant was clean inside and out, the ladies restroom was clean. Thank you for a pleasureable dining experience.

Olive Garden is an institution, and I went with the Soup/ Salad/ Beadsticks, and they didn't disappoint. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself could use a little care; the ceiling tiles looked dirty. Overall, the experience was really good, and we'll be back.

Clara, the server, was very nice, professional, and made sure me and my date received our order. Highly recommend the fredo alfreccine with broccoli. 😋 Plus good salad with ranch and garlic bread. Also, music was very nice, kinda oldish jazz type. 😎

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this Olive Garden location. Our waiter was extremely friendly and seemed as though he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal! All the food that was presented was delicious - particularly the fettuccine Alfredo. An added plus is that the restaurant was practically empty!

Been coming to Olive Garden from a long time , and true to its franchise, this resto dint disappoint at all. Lots of parking space. Large portions, so we split the meal. We had toasted Ravioli and Alfredo pasta. Love their salads.

Such a wonderful meal after big rain outside.

Second time coming here, and just like the first time I had a good experience.
Our server was very energetic and fast to bring to the table anything we could possibly need.
This time I got the shrimp linguini Alfredo, just the right portion with a generous amount of shrimp.
As usual the restaurant was nice and clean with a nice private atmosphere, perfect for couples or to have a private conversation.
Excellent customer service with plenty of parking space too.
I will come back for sure.

Such a great atmosphere in this place! Perfect pasta. Specially Homemade Alfredo Marinara pasta. So amazing sauce. Kid’s menu available also. Such a great deserts and vines. Great taste of salad. Huge portions. But most important for me stuff. They are super friendly. Definitely I would like come back on this place to try something else!

Mar was our server. She was in training but very sweet and friendly! The service was wonderful and the food was even better! We had soup and salad, chicken parm, lasagna, eggplant parm. Breadsticks with Alfredo dipping sauce. Yummy! Will definitely be back!

I want to shout out to Anita who served us she is super amazing. This is our second time here with her serving us and every time is better. She’s so respectful and always there caring for everyone around. Would definitely come back just because someone like her is working at this place. Wish every place has someone like Anita.

Wife and I stopped here and it was delicious! Our meal and the service we received was excellent!!! Everything was on point 10/10

Our waiter was wonderful, I'm sorry I forgot his name. Our appetizer of calamari was excellent and the Eggplant Parmigiano entrée was simply delicious. Btw... the 'Italian Margarita' is a 'must have'. Yummo!!!!

Amazing service by David! We came from Toronto and loved the food and most important service made my day with his smile and excellent customer service. Dined in May 7 at 4:30pm!

I had gotten quite ill right before Christmas Eve and 2 days prior, I realized that I wouldn't be able to cook for my children and their families. We celebrate this holiday with no meat, so, I ordered a Baked Ziti tray and Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. Added a gallon of their raspberry tea, extra bread sticks and a large salad. Everything was absolutely delicious, and, I was able to pull up and they brought the hot meal out to my car. I highly recommend this location (I actually haven't been to an Olive Garden that I didn't like) for dining in as well as curbside pickup. They saved the evening for me, and, I'm so glad that they had last minute ordering! 15 out of 10 stars!

Excellent customer service from our waiter, David. We were seated almost immediately. David was very personable and even took a picture for us.

Food was made, as ordered. Delicious as usual. Nice experience.

I mean let’s be honest, it’s the Olive Garden!
If you are that critical of this establishment you need to get a life.
You know what you are going to get when you walk in those front doors.
I had the tour of Italy. Salad. Breadsticks. Vodka strawberry lemonade. I left happy and paid under $30!
