Courtney Bays of Horizon Realty of Alachua "Well Done"! There are times that you deal with someone who goes the extra mile and you have to say to yourself wow that was a super nice experience. I can say Courtney answered a website "email agent" so quickly I was surprised and he didn't stop there. Through out the whole process he answered every email, text and phone call and there was plenty. We had issue after issue with the seller, the sellers foreclose lawyer and Courtney went over and beyond the call of duty. Lisa Kittredge was my realtor. I was in a desperate hunt for a piece of property and Lisa stayed on top of it. After many near-misses due to other buyers up-bidding me, Lisa located a piece of property that was where I needed it to be and far cheaper than I budgeted for. She found the listing within hours of it being put on the market and we had a cash offer to the seller the same day, which was accepted.
