Front desk Employees are amazing, very patient and kind, very busy clinic but nurses and front desk does an amazing job! Had a great experience with a nice young lady at front by the name Jennifer. I do recommend Dr. Sabbota, very good at what he does.

Clinic is a very busy place but everyone is very kind and super efficient! I’ve been a patient for years for Dr.Sabbota and I could say I trust him very much. I adore the nurses and the front desk ladies, very kind.

I had great care and a wonderful staff. I felt at more. Lee, who really was lovely and a special sweetheart

I highly recommend this place especially to Dr. Kendra Nehrenz, from the first day she was empathetic with my anguish of not knowing if I was suffering from high blood pressure. Today I have a treatment and I feel happy and that is thanks to her. God bless you Dra

Great staff and great doctors

We love Dr Gould, Kendra, and the entire Staff here. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful of each Patient's/Visitor's situation. There was a little wait today but, that's not the norm. Thanks to the Staff for your attention and Care!

Trying to talk to someone on the phone other than for an appointment is futile. Nobody is available to answer the phone, and nobody will call you back when you leave a message. The practice administrator's extension is always full and you can't even leave a message to complain about not getting a call back.

I do have to praise the Stress Test Technician. He was very compassionate and caring when he performed my test at this location.

The rest of the staff appear to be overwhelmed and/or uninterested in the patient's time and comfort.

When it comes to appointment times, this practice is totally unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. I had a 3:00 appointment and did not get seen until 4:30. If you value your time at all, make your appointments as the first one of the day.

The receptionist was quite rude and unprofessional. The first and only appointment I had, she did not acknowledged or greeted me. She appeared to be upset, careless or just simply out of her element. The doctor also appeared to be rushed while consulting with me. Will find another medical facility.

The doctor is great but the staff is absolutely horrible. The receptionist are negligent and ignorant to the patient needs.

The office staff is absolutely terrible. They do not greet you with a smile or a hello, just instruct you to sign in and have a seat.

They called me to make an appointment for an opening they had. I could not make the offered appointment time, so they scheduled me for another time. I informed them months in advance of my insurance company changing in the new year, I even reminded them when they called me.

I showed up for my scheduled appointment time and they had zero record of it and no idea with whom I spoke with. Very frustrating and a huge waste of my time since they could not fit me in. This will be the second instance of the office staff loosing our appointment times. The first time it happened to my husband who was scheduled with the other doctor.

They also instructed me that I could not have my procedure done until I have new office visits and scans completed for the new insurance company. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have told me that months ago when I informed them of the insurance change. Such a waste of my time and energy.

Dr. Randy is a very competent and knowledgeable doctor and I hope he figures out his office staff. Not sure I would recommend their office solely due to the front office staff.

Unprofessional and waste of my time.
They made an appointment for me at 130pm and when I got there the waiting room was extremely packed with people waiting I asked about the wait time for my 130pm appointment the lady in the front told me 7 people in front of me, when you are a single mother and have to pick up your child from school at a specific time or leave work early for an appointment should not have to wait for 7 people ahead or you!! Thats what appointments are about . Specifically when you are on time and drove 45 min!

I have been trying for months to get referrals to see my other Doctor, Doctor Randy Gould is a very nice man, his nursing staff is not good or nice people. They rather send me to their Doctors in their network which are quacks and I feel this is my body, my insurance company has no problem with me going to see a specialist. The nursing staff is lazy and half of them really do not speak good English hard to understand. That's why so many people die of unknown illness, I blame the nurses, Kim and Patricia are the worse they try and convince me on what Doctor I should see, I feel as if Doctor Randy could do better than those ladies. I have been waiting for a week for my refill on my medications every time I call the lady on the phone says they are working on it. Really ladies, stop chatting to one another and handle your job..

Dr Mark Sabbota wont see you even if you have an appointment with him. They will just send a lady trainee dr who has no idea what she is doing! Visited twice with an appointment with Dr Mark & he didn’t showed up. The customer service is worst! Figure out yourself. Just give them a call to change an appointment date over the phone. They will put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hand up! There are better doctors and clinics in South Florida and Particularly in the Davie area. I would highly suggest them to avoid them. Dr Mark Sabbotta is not interested in new patients so lets not disturb him!
