Diagnostic Medical Imaging Of Plantation LLC

I visited the place twice for X-ray & CT scan , I must say It’s a very welcoming environment . All the workers are very professional & friendly. The wait time didn’t exceed 20 minutes . I had to write this review though I don’t usual post reviews just because I read some bad reviews here & I thought it’s not fair to give such an impression for people who need diagnostic check .

A. Great experience. With Jessica MRI tech is very professional and plessent she may me feel relax with a nice music and that may the exam very pleasant and easy.

Asentó creo dominicano se encargó de todo y otra chica que también me habló en español, solo leí malos comentarios de Hecho fui por qué me queda cerca de casa pero pensé sería lo peor y me encontré muy bien , También el Radiólogo que no hablaba español fue paciente y comprensivo….. No todos los que necesitamos de estos centros diagnósticos tenemos la misma opinión pero yo particularmente este centro de plantación son muy amables y con muchos deseos de ayudar a los pacientes felicitaciones

Very bad service from the manager. No service received and appointment lost after he alleged Insurance not valid. After everything cleared with insurance Company, the manager refused to attend and even to give a new date for appointment. His answer, "try by phone again".
E: DMI manager called and explains his point of view. Insurance Florida Blue originated problem by failing to manage automatic payment. DMI apologies accepted. Above comment withdrawn.

This place is hard to find in the map. Road signs are missing, the location inside the building is misleading it says 303 but located in 202. They scheduled the appointment for 8:15 on the phone, but when arrived they said it’s 9:50am... Tried to fit into schedule though. Personnel is not super friendly. Coffee stand for guests with no coffee..

I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes, making my way up the queue, only to be told to leave a message when I finally got to spot number one. Thanks for wasting my time! Between this experience and the reviews I have been reading, I will not be using your unprofessional services!

Today 7/6/22 I came in for my appointment and was told the machine is not working and I have to reschedule. This was so upsetting to me since I made changes to my flight back to Los Angeles to accommodate this appointment. The manager just walked by and left. He spoke in Spanish so I could not understand what he was saying and did not know he was the manager. They have 3 other facilities and NONE could do my diagnostic test today. I would give 0 stars if I had the option. This is so frustrating and upsetting. I would not recommend this company at all.

I had to come here at recommendation of my Workers Comp. I have had a decent amount of MRIs done and this by far was the worst experience I have had. First of the offices are separate so you have to get the imaging done in one and walk to the other office to get your CD.

Additionally the day of my appointment I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. The imaging was done by a tech and I was placed in a horribly painful and uncomfortable position for the longest MRI of my life.

The day of my appointment they had a "technical issue" so they couldn't burn my CD. After 3 hours of being at their office I was told I would have to come back for the copy.

The day I came back guess what? The CD wasn't made so I had to wait again for them to finish making the CD. As of today a whole week later, my MD and PT are still yet to receive the report, causing a huge delay in getting cleared to return for work!

Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs! It is horrible as if the other reviews didn't already show that!

Front desk girl was nice but the ultrasound lady does not even say hello. She’s very robotic like a machine and just gives you instructions and that’s it. She doesn’t even say hello or goodbye. Very unprofessional. Place feels very empty and cold. Hopefully this feedback can help their management team train their staff on being cordial so that people recommend them and come back again.

I had an appointment for an ultra-sound at 8 am but the office didn't open until 830!! The staff didn't acknowledge you were sitting and waiting for them to open. What bother me the most my doctor did not get the results immediately or like the secretary said "in 2 or 3 days". TEN DAYS LATER, I had to call the Diagnostic office to asking them where are my results. Miraculously, they can send the results in 10 minutes. I have two words for this kind of service "HOT GARBAGE".

They schedule you for 8am and nobody is even there yet. The front desk girl walked in didn’t say hello to anyone. I’ve never been there so someone who knew to sign in skipped me. Front desk girl still didn’t say a word about signing in. Got to the back and the lady doing the ultrasound was rude didn’t even say hello just called your name told you put your stuff down on the chair and lay down. A lot of pressure was applied during the ultrasound and it was very uncomfortable with the tech huffing and puffing because the pictures weren’t coming out good. Overall very weird And uncomfortable place.

All I have to say is, disappointed by the negligence of this place. I went on Jan 21 to get a breast ultrasound because I was having discomfort on my left breast. I asked the specialist to focus heavily on my left breast, around the area I had a lump and was having discomfort, and she mentioned everything seemed "ok" but it would be up to the radiologist to review and provide a diagnosis. I had also asked for this ultrasound to be urgent, due to the nature of my discomfort, and they still took around 2 business days to provide me with my results. When I get them, the radiologist report mentioned everything was "ok and benign", including my left breast where I had terrible pain and discomfort. But I couldn't stay calm and act like nothing was going on. So I flew to another country, Guatemala, and got a second breast ultrasound, only to find out I DID HAVE INFLAMMATORY LIQUID AROUND MY LEFT BREAST AND INCONSISTENT DELINEATION AROUND MY BREAST TISSUE AND BREAST IMPLANT. The diagnosis was to get surgery, where I ended up having bacterial liquid inside my breast that damaged my mammary tissue. Now, I'm recovering from surgery and have only ONE breast implant on my right side, because the left side was so damaged that they couldn't add the left implant due to the damage...

Something so simple and visible, because even I saw on the second ultrasound the inflammatory liquid and the inconsistent delineation, that almost cost me a terrible infection and my left breast!

Do not trust the diagnosis of this imaging place!

My husband had an appointment at 830am. He got their 10min before his appointment time. He was waiting for 2hrs before they called him in for his xray. The receptionist at the front desk said im sorry for the wait ( it's my first day) " that don't have anything to do with him waiting for 2hrs" but ppl got their after my husband and they was seen before him.. Very unprofessional,rude disrespectful. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. 😤

Horrible experience ! I got my diagnostic test done on 29th November (which also had a delay or about a hour due to no power in the clinic) . On top of that I was told my reports would be directly sent to doctor in 3 days but it’s been over two weeks and they have not bothered to send the reports !!!! Terrible experience

I should have left as soon as I arrived. I suggest going to the Pembroke Pines facility. The ultrasound tech was great but everything else was a unprofessional. We are all entitled to our opinions this is mine.

Came for an ultrasound and they did what they had to do with an attitude. Front desk guy seems annoyed that i wasnt completely prepared. Definitely never coming here again lack of professionalism.
