Owner really knows his stuff. They've been pretty nice to me even though I practically talk their ears off about racket specs and strings. My "go to" stringing place for as long as I live nearby.

The place is great, the people who work there friendly and helpful. The stringing was great had a tournament the other weekend and they did my racquet same day, I was so happy and pleased

Horrible service. Went to get new grommets and they ended up messing up my racquets. They did not push all of the grommets fully through the spaces so they got stuck in the racquet frames. I spoke to the owner who told me I am just trying to get something free. I went to get new grommets 3 days ago, and there's no reason for me to want anything free. They are not owning up to their mistake and the owner is VERY disrespectful. Instead of recovering a sale from his staff mistake, he was not willing to resolve this issue. DO NOT trust them with your racquets, I will make sure I spread the word because this is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service, they messed up and they don't want to own up to it? All I ask is for them to fix it, that is all. But the owner refuses. I work in the customer service field and to come across and owner who does not care about his customers is truly appalling.

Horrible experience! Went to go return a racket and the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful! I will never buy anything from here again! Stay away!
