Small county park to launch a drone and take pictures and videos. You can see the hardrock guitar hotel in the distance. Park does have a disk golf course, so try and keep clear of those areas. Small but pretty lake to fly around and look for wildlife.

Loved this park. We went there for a Thanksgiving get together and had a great time. You have to pay $1.50 per person to get in. The park is big. The shelters were decent size provided a water key if needed. There was also disc golf around the park. It is a pet friendly park. They have clean bathrooms and a playground for kids.

Had a baby shower here for my friend over the summer. Was lovely and affordable compared to other indoor park venues.
A/C worked great, everyone appreciated the indoor space with the summer heat and rain. Had enough space for two buffet tables, a dessert table, a gift table, a welcome table, and a photo table. Also has a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, and extra table and chairs. Lovely panorama windows with a view of the small lake. Definitely would rent the space again for other small events. I imagine it would be great for not just baby showers, but bridal showers, birthdays, family reunions, etc.

The park also supplied everything needed for cleanup which made the process quick and easy.

We've only been here twice, and both times have been great! It's definitely a safe park to bring your kids to. There's a playground, a community room, and pavillions available to rent and walking trails.

Great park for waking. Main loop is a little under a mile. Very well maintained by the county. Free on weekdays and very reasonable on the weekends and holidays. Great to watch Katy she is very inspiring always working hard whether mowing, pressure cleaning or picking up after the weekend partiers to make the park look great!

Wonderfully maintained park with many picnic areas, a disc golf course and children's play areas all surrounding a lovely lake - you can even fish there!
They also just repaired the fountain to add to the overall pleasant ambiance.
Even the maintenance staff people are friendly and helpful too.
Note there is an entrance fee on weekends and holidays ($1.50 per person) though you can purchase an annual family pass good at ALL Broward county parks.
Picnic areas can be rented and that's recommended for weekend parties.
Otherwise plenty of parking and a nice respite just off of Peters road!

Best park to take your kids to. Very clean, quiet, HUGE playgrounds (2) and lots of playing areas for kids to run around and enjoy a good day in family.

Wonderful park! Great for disc golf when other parks are flooded..
Several families of burrowing owls can be observed here. Their burrows are roped off so be sure not to enter. It's a felony to tamper with the owls or their burrows. You can get plenty close and take pictures from outside the rope.

Amazing place to enjoy with the family. We rented the fountain room and we were all amused by the beauty and privacy of the local. Perfect for indoor parties.

We haven't really been to the park except to enjoy the Food Trucks on Tuesdays. What an incredibly awesome event!!! The selection of food trucks is amazing, there is something for everyone to enjoy, from snacks to entire meals. The atmosphere is wonderful, with music, games and even an outdoor movie showing. There are plenty of garbage cans scattered throughout and some seating, or just bring your own chairs and blankets for comfort. We love coming here for a fun casual night out and definitely appreciate the "free" event.

Another great and convenient place to spend weekend with your family and friends. Bike trails are here as well. $1.5 per person for parking. Turtles are live in the lake here

The park is pretty nice and beautiful. They even have a freebies golf course. For fisherman -- I didn't catch anything. The water was pretty shallow and with some algie. The park ranger told me to go the "north" side of the lake. That's where the deepest part of the lake is. Also, for catfish and other fish throw right between the pillon (AKA feeding station).

Update 1. Went targeting catfish. Caught 7 small ones in about a hour and a half. Used worms.

Great park. Plenty of clean pavilions and playgrounds. Also have frisbee golf course. Great place for taking photos or just relaxing. Love going here to walk and clear my mind. Plenty of parking near playgrounds and pavilions. Also don’t forget food trucks on Tuesday evenings!

This park is in my neighborhood and I absolutely love it. It's clean and very well kept. The staff is polite, friendly and respectful. I wish the side gate was open on the weekends but other than that I come here at least twice a week.
