Hiring a roofer can be A difficult decision decision to make. A friend recommended Paletz, and I now would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. Rich Immediately came and presented a quote. The price was very fair. In fact, it was a little less expensive from the roof. I put on 18 years ago. He thoroughly explained the time frame to complete the roof, and explained the process in detail. His crew was amazing and finished with, what I thought, was unbelievable speed. Each day the workers left my property in perfect condition. He also timely answered any questions I sent him via email. I had a few day delay, transferring some money into my bank account, and they worked with me without complaint.

We used Paletz for many years to inspect our roof and were always impressed by their honesty. When we first bought our home in 2012, they estimated we had three or five years left before replacement was needed. But every year or two we had them back, and they kept telling us it wasn't needed yet. We finally did it in the spring of 2024. We had decided we would use them even if their price was a little higher than other bids, because they had earned our trust, but their offer was actually right in line with others. We couldn't be happier with the work. They were extremely upfront about timelines, detailed in expectations about payment schedules. Their team was always incredibly professional, working efficiently, and everything was completed on schedule. The only opportunity for a better experience was that we weren't told until the last minute that some of our stucco was being replaced, and there was a pretty narrow window of days to have it painted between when the new stucco was dry/cured and when the roofers wanted to resume work. But we were able to take care of that without much trouble, and now we have the peace of mind going into hurricane season that we are in good shape.
Bottom line: highly recommend this company for inspections and roof work.
