Great friendly staff from opening the door to leaving! Work if done very efficiently and the staff is kind and accommodating! Very comfortable and clean area to have your dental care needs taken care of!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend

All the people here from the dentist, hygienist to all the girls in the office are very sweet and very on point, very helpful with insurance claims, as many are not. It's an asset to their business. I never wait long and have been extremely happy with their work from cleanings to crowns. Highly recommend them to every one who cares about their teeth. Also the prices are fantastic !!!

Sumter Value Dental is absolutely the best! We have been patients there for 2 years. Great care and excellent service. Entire staff is always pleasant and have good humor!! The reviewers who claim they are rude either don't get their humor or maybe just having a bad day.

My dentures have been a dental journey to say the least. Sumter value dental have been super nice, very accommodating and awesome to work with. Ladies are very friendly and enjoyable to speak to. Doc has been awesome everything that she promised has happened and was correct. I got snapp ins on the bottom finally completed today It's been a long process but it's done. Now to do the top ones!!!
5/20/24 *Update: it has been a long time since I've been in the office since I got my dentures I called to get an appointment for a adjustment. Did not waste any time to get me in pretty quick and no questions asked and no charge it was awesome I love Star she's great. She is always done the best adjustments on my dentures for me very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. I appreciate all the ladies in the office they are a wonderful and go above and beyond to make everything good!

We are visiting from out of state and I had a tooth problem. I called yesterday and they saw me this morning. They were friendly, worked professionally and were able to fix my tooth and it was very affordable ! It’s hard to randomly pick a dentist from the internet not knowing what kind of an experience it will be, but they were all very kind and took care of me just like my dentist back home would do! I would highly recommend this office !

My husband had an emergency dental issue, and Sumter value dental scheduled an immediate appointment. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Steps were taken to diagnose the problem, appropriate steps were suggested for a permanent solution; temporary steps were taken for immediate assistance. I highly recommend this dental office.

The staff at Sumter Value Dental are phenomenal! I was immediately put at ease with the smiles and friendly demeanor of everyone there. Specifically, I will call out Starlit who guided me through the entire visit with a contagious smile and the expertise to explain everything she was doing. Dr. Demetree and Starlit together explained the various options for my treatment as well as the pros and cons of each. I had a very poor experience with an office in Inverness, so meeting these people was a very welcome experience.

My experience at Sumter Value is always pleasant & professional. The entire staff goings above & beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Almost no wait . I go here all the time. Just got a tooth pulled .Almost no pain. In and out in less than a hour. Everyone here is Great! Great music also

Got my teeth pulled out today and they were wonderfully,careing and understanding. They made sure my dentures fit good and took the time to make them right. Definitely would recommend them.

I had a very good experience. Alisha, dental assistant, did a wonderful job on my initial visit. The doctor did a very thorough job as well to and they both made me feel very comfortable there. The staff are so very friendly.

I think the staff are great and I get what I need done without issues. Plenty of reminders sent through text so you won't forget. Anything recommended is explained very well, but also you don't feel pushed into doing anything. Will use them for as long as I can.

They’re wonderful! I’ve avoided the dentist for 10+ yrs and they are professional while making you feel comfortable. Pricing was surprisingly affordable too.

OUTSTANDING CARE! Visiting family and broke brand new temp crown. The repair received this morning is far more comfortable and it's nice to be pain free.

Was able to get me in same day I called. Everyone was friendly and able to reattach my crown better than it was placed by another dentistry.

My bridge broke and left some sharp spots. I was taken in and given a temporary crown on the tooth that broke - 30 minutes before they closed. I appreciate the "emergency" service.

First visit. Very caring treatment from all the staff. Love the dentist. She explained everything clearly to me.
